'Guest is god' is the belief of typical Nepalese society which has been carrying out the concept of homestay tourism in Nepal. For its multifaceted potentiality, Nepal can become a model homestay. Homestay activities provide clients with a wealth of natural resources, man-made heritages, ethno-cultural wealth, innocent environments, and pleasant hospitality, among many other unexplored resources.Based on the primary and secondary sources of data, the article is assessing the home stay tourism in Antu area. The objective of this article is to find out the major motivational factors, available accommodation services and challenges of homestay activities. The article is used for exploratory and descriptive research designs on the basis of its objectives. The study attempts to explore the assessment of home stay tourism in Antu area and it concludes that income and employment is a main motivating factor for operation of home stay service. Abstract Objective Recently, end-of-life preference in palliative care has been gaining attention in Japan. The Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare established the Japanese basic policy in November 2018. Patients’ decision-making is recommended; however, patients with dementia or other disorders cannot make such decisions by themselves. Thus, healthcare providers may contact surrogates and consider their backgrounds for better decision-making. Hence, the preferences of home caregivers’ and geriatric health service facility (GHSF) residents’ families on patient life-sustaining treatment (LST) were investigated. Method This cross-sectional study involved home caregivers’ and GHSF residents’ families in Japan. We distributed 925 self-reported questionnaires comprising items, such as the number of people living together, care duration, comprehension of doctor's explanations, the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ)-9 and Short Form (SF)-8, and families’ LST preference for patients. Results In all, 619 valid responses were obtained [242 men and 377 women (309 in the HOME Caregivers Group, response rate = 61.1%; 310 in the GHSF Group, response rate = 74.0%)]. LST preference was significantly associated with sex, the number of people living together, care duration, and comprehension of doctors’ explanations in the HOME Caregivers Group but was not significantly associated with the GHSF Group. Furthermore, PHQ-9/SF-8 scores were not significantly associated with LST preference. Significance of results There were many differences in opinions about LST preference between home caregivers’ and GHSF residents’ families. The results suggested that the burden of nursing care was greater and harder in home caregiver families, and these factors may be related to the LST preference for a patient.

Lecturer Academic Information System (SIAD) is an academic service facility that lecturers can use to accommodate and manage teachers' activities, including lectures, assignments, communication, and discussions with students.  However, lecturers' obstacles in supporting educational processes include the obstacles of leak of features and items/ service forums in the academic portal /SIAD online. This research aims to find the influence of selecting the system, motivation, and utilization of academic information system lecturers (SIAD) on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, University of Prima Indonesia. The study will test the variables both partially and simultaneously. Samples were taken from lecturers recorded in the management study program of 60 people. The test result obtained a calculated value of F (17,866) > F table (2.76) and a probability of significance of 0.000 < 0.05, it was concluded that simultaneously H0 was rejected, which means the selection, motivation, and utilization of SIAD had a positive and significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Prima Indonesia Medan. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained an adjusted R Square value of 0.462.

Transport intends to ease the movement from one place to another. KMP Dharma Bahari Sumekar III belongs to one of transport facilities operated at Kalianget Port in Sumenep. This research aimed at investigating the satisfaction level of passengers taking KMP Dharma Bahari Sumekar III by implementing the methods of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The research result indicated several essential attributes i.e. Quadrant II (toilet cleanliness in KMP Dharma Bahari Sumekar III and facility convenience for passengers in KMP Dharma Bahari Sumekar III and Quadrant II (safety in KMP Dharma Bahari Sumekar III, cleanliness in KMP Dharma Bahari III, the ability of officer in KMP Dharma Bahari Sumekar III to respond fast the emergent problems and be responsible on the safety and cozines of passengers). Meanwhile, the result of CSI method obtained 71,47%.

To scientifically and reasonably evaluate and pre-warn the congestion degree of subway transfer hub, and effectively know the risk of subway passengers before the congestion time coming. We analyzed the passenger flow characteristics of various service facilities in the hub. The congested area of the subway passenger flow interchange hub is divided into queuing area and distribution area. The queuing area congestion evaluation model selects M/M/C and M/G/C based on queuing theory. The queuing model and the congestion evaluation model of the distribution area select the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. Queue length and waiting time are selected as the evaluation indicators of congestion in the queuing area, and passenger flow, passenger flow density and walking speed are selected as the evaluation indicators of congestion in the distribution area. And then, K-means cluster analysis method is used to analyze the sample data, and based on the selected evaluation indicators and the evaluation model establishes the queuing model of the queuing area and the TOPSIS model of the collection and distribution area. The standard value of the congestion level of various service facilities and the congestion level value of each service facility obtained from the evaluation are used as input to comprehensively evaluate the overall congestion degree of the subway interchange hub. Finally we take the Xi’an Road subway interchange hub in Dalian as empirical research, the data needed for congestion evaluation was obtained through field observations and questionnaires, and the congestion degree of the queue area and the distribution area at different times of the workday was evaluated, and the congestion of each service facility was evaluated. The grade value is used as input, and the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the degree of congestion in the subway interchange hub, which is consistent with the results of passenger congestion in the questionnaire, which verifies the feasibility of the evaluation model and method.

In this paper, through the study of elderly care, the method of equalizing the topological layout of the health care infrastructure network is used for in-depth analysis. With the evaluation method of senior care facility fairness as the research base theory, the analysis and evaluation of senior care facilities are carried out from two aspects of supply and demand fairness and spatial fairness, and the problems and shortcomings of senior care facilities in terms of facility scale, spatial layout, service level, and policy management are summarized. This paper analyses the contradictory points of the nonequitable layout of urban senior care facilities, to propose planning suggestions and optimization measures for the planning of the senior care service facility system. It discusses the problems in the spatial layout of senior care facilities from the perspective of social equity, focuses on the needs of urban disadvantaged groups, promotes the equalization of public services, and provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the planning policy of urban public service facilities. The study fully combines the theory of urban planning disciplines with geographic information system technology, mathematical and statistical technology, and network data acquisition technology to establish the evaluation of the spatial layout of senior care facilities based on social equity framework, to contribute to the planning of similar urban public service facilities. It comes to make an integrated consideration of the supply content and scope of basic public service facilities and check the gaps, which is conducive to improving the scientific and intensive nature of public resource input according to local conditions and more speed and provides some reference to the method of public service facility allocation.
