ABSTRACT The purpose of this research there are three. First, it describes the skills of reading comprehension text story fantasy grade VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. Second, describing a fantasy story text writing skills grade VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. Third, describe the contribution of the reading comprehension skills of fantasy with story text write text stories fantasy grade VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used in this research is the design contribution. This research population is grade VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP are registered on the 2018/2019 school year, that is, 85 students. The sample in this research is determined using the purposive sampling of the population, i.e., 59 students. Research data is a score test results intermediate reading comprehension text story fantasy and score the writing skills test result text story fantasy. Research instrument is an objective test to measure the skills of reading comprehension text story fantasy and performance tests to measure the writing skills text story fantasy. The results of the research there are three. First, the skills of writing fantasy stories text grade VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP are on more than enough qualifications (LdC). Second, the skills of reading comprehension text story fantasy grade VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP are on more than enough qualifications (LdC). Third, intermediate reading comprehension text story fantasy contributions amounting to 21.25% against writing skills text story fantasy grade VII SMP Pembangunan Laboratorium UNP. Kata kunci: Kontribusi, Keterampilan, Membaca Pemahaman, Menulis, Teks Cerita Fantasi

ABSTRACT This article reveals the contribution of skills reading comprehension text descriptions to writing skills text description grade students VII SMP Negeri Padang 12. The purpose of this research there are three. First, it describes the skills of reading comprehension text description grade VII SMP Negeri 12 field. Second, it describes the writing skills text description grade VII SMP Negeri 12 field. Third, describing the contribution of the intermediate reading comprehension text descriptions against writing skills text description grade VII SMP Negeri 12 field. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used in this research is the design contribution. This research population is grade VII SMP Negeri Padang are registered on the 12th school year 2018/2019, i.e. as many as 286 students. The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, i.e. 54 students. Research data is a score test results intermediate reading comprehension text description and score the writing skills test result text description. The data obtained through two types of tests i.e. objective tests to measure the skills of reading comprehension text description and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a text description. The results of the research there are three. First, the skills of reading comprehension text description grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 12 are on good qualifications (B) by the value of the average 80.09. Second, the skills of writing text descriptions grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 12 are on good qualifications (B) with an average of 80.86. Third, there is a contribution of reading skills in the description of text to the skills of writing description texts of class grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 12 at 62.73%. Kata kunci: Kontribusi, Keterampilan, Membaca Pemahaman, Menulis, Teks Deskripsi.

The purpose of this research there are three. First, it describes the skills of reading comprehension  grade VIII SMP Negeri 13Padang. Second, it describes the writing skills text eksposition grade VIII SMP Negeri 13Padang. Third, describing the contribution of the intermediate reading comprehension against writing skills text exposition grade VIII SMP Negeri 13 Padang. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The  desain used in this research is the design contribution. This research population is grade VIII SMP Negeri Padang are registered on the 13th school year 2019/2020, i.e. as many as 288 students. The sample in this  research are determined by propotional random sampling of 20% of the populations, i.e. 54 students. Research data is a score test results intermediate reading comprehension and score the writing skills test result text exposition. The data obtained through two types of tests i.e. objective tests to measure the skills of reading comprehension text eksposition and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a text eksposition. The results of the research there are three. First, the skills of reading comprehension grade VIII SMP Negeri Padang 13 are on more than enough qualifications (LdC) by the value of the average 75.41. Second, the skills of writing text exposition grade VIII SMP Negeri Padang 13 are on good qualifications (B) with an average of 77.37. Third, there is a contribution of reading skills in the exposition of text to the skills of writing exposition texts of class grade VIII SMP Negeri Padang 13 at 62.77%. Kata kunci: Kontribusi, Keterampilan, Membaca Pemahaman, Menulis,                         Teks Eksposisi.

ABSTRACT This article reveals the contribution of skills reading comprehension text exposition to writing skills text description grade students VIII SMP Negeri Padang Panjang 2.. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used in this research is the design contribution. This research population is grade VIII SMP Negeri 2 Padang Panjang are registered on the 12th school year 2018/2019, i.e. as many as 156 students. The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 25% of the population, i.e. 40 students. Research data is a score test results intermediate reading comprehension text exposition and score the writing skills test result text exposition. The data obtained through two types of tests i.e. objective tests to measure the skills of reading comprehension text exposition and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a text exposition. The results of the research there are three. First, the skills of reading comprehension text exposition grade VIII SMP Negeri Padang Panjang  2 are on good qualifications (B) by the value of the average 79.39. Second, the skills of writing text exposition grade VIII SMP Negeri Padang Panjang  2 are on good qualifications (B) with an average of 80.23. ABSTRACT The purpose of this research there are three. First, describe vocabulary mastery Class VII students of SMP Negeri Padang 16. Second, it describes the text of the story of fantasy writing skills grade VII JUNIOR Country 16. Third, vocabulary mastery with correlation describes writing skills text story fantasy grade VII SMP Negeri Padang. 16.  This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used in this research is the design korelasional. This research population is grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 16. listed on the 2018/2019 school year, that is 284 students. The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 20% of the population, i.e. 50 students. Research data is a score test results and score vocabulary mastery test results writing skills text story fantasy. Research instrument is an objective test to measure mastery of vocabulary news and performance tests to measure the writing skills text story fantasy. Based on the results of such research, it can be inferred that the skills of listening text news is correlated with writing skills text news. The better mastery of the vocabulary the better news will also enhance the story text writing skills. Kata kunci: Korelasi, Kosakata, Menulis Teks Cerita Fantasi

ABSTRACT This article is written to discuss the results of research on contribution of skills listening rhyme to writing skills rhyme grade strudents VII SMP Negeri 34 Padang.  The purpose of this research there are three. First, describe the skills of listening rhyme. Second, describe the skils of writing rhyme. Third, describe the contributing skills of listening rhyme for the writing skill of the rhyme grade students VII SMP Negeri 34 Padang. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used in this research is the design contribution. This research population is grade VII SMP Negeri 34 Padang are registered on the school year 2018/2019, i.e. as many as 277 students. The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 15% of the population, i.e. 45 students. Research data is a score test results intermediate listening rhyme and score the writing skills test result text rhyme. The data obtained through two types of tests i.e. objective tests to measure the skills of listening rhyme and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a text rhyme. The results of the research there are three. First, the skills of listening rhyme grade VII SMP Negeri 34 Padang are on good qualifications (B) by the value of the average 77,67. Second, the skills of writing rhyme grade VII SMP Negeri 34 Padang are on good qualifications (B) with an average of 82,31. Third, describing the correlation of the reading comprehension text descriptions and writing skills text description grade VII SMP Negeri 8 field. This research type is quantitative descriptive method. The design used in this research is the design correlation. This research population is grade VII SMP 8 Negeri Padang are registered on the 12th school year 2018/2019, i.e. as many as 255 students. The sample in this research are determined by proportional random sampling of 15% of the population, i.e. 40 students. The data obtained through two types of tests i.e. objective tests to measure the skills of reading comprehension text description and performance tests to measure the skills of writing a text description. The results of the research there are three. First, the skills of reading comprehension text description grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 8 are on good qualifications (B) by the value of the average 79.17. Second, the skills of writing text descriptions grade VII SMP Negeri Padang 8 are on good qualifications (B) with an average of 81.25. Third, there is a significant correlation between reading skills of calss VII students of SMP Negeri 8 Padang in the freedom degree and 95% significant level. H0 is rejected an H1 is accepted because the test results prove that the count is greater than ttable, namely 7,56>2,68. Kata kunci: Korelasi, Keterampilan, Membaca Pemahaman, Menulis

The results of the research there are three. First, a text description of the writing skills of students of grade VII SMP Negeri 1 Bayang Utara lies on the qualifications of either (B). Second, the skills of reading comprehension text description grade VII SMP Negeri 1 Bayang Utara are on Good qualifications (B).
