Perimortem cesarean is rare and one of the worst possible scenarios in obstetrics. Multidisciplinary approach and speed are extremely important. Pelvic packing in massive postpartum hemorrhages is a method which obstetricians do not commonly use. The patient who had cardiac arrest during travail was successfully managed with a peripartum hysterectomy and two different types of pelvic packing after perimortem cesarean. The mother and baby were healthily discharged. Fetal and maternal survival after perimortem cesarean is quite low. The most important factor determining survival is speed. Pelvic packing is effective in postpartum unstoppable bleeding.

Quadruplet pregnancy is a pregnancy state where four fetuses grow simultaneously inside a mother’s womb. Four fetuses developing in a womb is a challenge not only to the mother but to the obstetrician who has to calculate every risk associated with such pregnancy. High order pregnancy is considered a high risk pregnancy due to increase in maternal, fetal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. So a multidisciplinary approach with early involvement of neonatologists and anesthesiologists for the assessment of such case is essential for a successful obstetric outcome. Here we present a case report of 27 years G3P1L1A1 at 33 weeks 2 days of gestation with quadruplet pregnancy with previous lower segment Cesarian section with history of ovulation induction, delivered successfully via cesarean section with successful outcome of all 1 female and 3 male babies.

AbstractCongenital Muscular Torticollis (CMT) is a rare condition which is seen in childhood where there is difficulty in rotating the neck and the head is tilted to one side following the stiffness of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. When the patient reports for treatment during adulthood, a multidisciplinary approach involving surgical, prosthodontic and physiotherapy procedures are required. In this case report, the authors are describing successful management of an adult patient affected with CMT.
