<p>This research aims to describe and to analyze about: 1) how to improve professional competence of mismatch teachers in Islamic religious education (PAI) in Islamic ElementarySchool of Pecangaan, 2) the effects on teachers' pedagogic competence, 3) how far the efforts of the mismatch teachers in solving the problem.This research is a descriptive qualitaive research. Based on the object of this research, it is included in a field of research. The methods used in this research are observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research shows: 1) there are efforts reconstructed in Islamic ElementarySchool of Pecangaan used to improve the professional competence of the mismatch teacher, such as: a) involved in a training, b) supervising, c) additional book, d) MGMP; 2) professional competence of the mismatch teachers influence their pedagogic competence, 3) the mismatch teachers condition relates to pedagogic competence create some problems, however the teachers solve them in some steps, they are: a) self adaptation and exercising, b) self study, c) checking references from books and internet, d) self exercising on using electronic media.</p>

Penggunaan media elektronik perlu pengawasan dari orang tua dan guru. Seorang anak harus diarahkan untuk mendapatkan pendidikan keagamaan. Untuk menanggulangi dampat negatif dari penggunaan media elektronik, maka pendidikan aqidah akhlaq harus diajarkan dan diamalkan. Mata pelajaran Aqidah Akhlaq di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember merupakan bagian integral dari pendidikan agama Islam, secara substansial mata pelajaran Aqidah dan Akhlaq memiliki kontribusi dalam memberikan motivasi kepada siswa untuk mempraktekkan nilai-nilai keyakinan keagamaan (tauhid) dan akhlakqul karimah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Tulisan ini meberikan kesimpulkan bahwa pendidikan aqidah akhlak memiliki peran yang sangat urgen dalam menanggulangi dampak negatif penggunaan media elektronik pada siswa MTs. Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember . The use of electronic media requires supervision from parents and teachers. A child should be directed to get religious education. To overcome the negative impact of using electronic media, aqidah morality education must be taught and practiced. The subject of Aqidah Akhlaq at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Mubarok Sumberpinang Pakusari Jember is an integral part of Islamic religious education, substantially the Aqidah and Akhlaq subjects have a contribution to motivate students to practice the values of religious belief (tauhid) and akhlakqul karimah in life. daily. Character is a complicated issue, even considered an abstract problem. It is said to be abstract because the concept of manners is not yet operational. While good and bad standards for morals are in the objective view of God the Creator of man. If the character is ethics, it is very dangerous, because some of its value will be contrary to the moral lessons that exist in religious subjects. When both are taught (ethics and morals) then the threat is the students will later experience what is called a split personality, that is split personality. Students become confused because there are conflicting values, such as good values ​​in the sense of morals and good value in manners (call: ethics). There is no honest terminology of Arabic versions, honest English versions, false witnesses of Arabic and French versions, as there is no terminology about Arab or Turkish morality. This applies to humans when there is a pattern of intersection between ethical values ​​and customs: ethical values ​​derive from the "right" way (revelation), whereas customs are derived from the habits The purpose of this study are: 1) Describing whether or not the addition manners in the lessons of Islamic Religious Education. 2) Describe the material (content) in the lesson of Islamic Education and the intersection of Budi Pekerti based on traditional perspectives. This study uses "Library Research". The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. From the results of the discussion concluded: 1) Based on the perspective of Islam, the lessons of Islamic Religious Education need not be added with the character, because in fact holistic education includes in the Islamic Religious Education. 2) The content of Islamic Religious Education should include aspects of Islam, ie Aqidah, Shari'ah and Akhlak which are taught in a balanced way, but the lesson of character can be combined as long as the adat is the custom of the Muslims.
