In general, this study aims to find out and analyze what is the administration of educators and education personnel. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration In general, educators or instructors, are educational staff who participate in organizing education with special assignments as a teaching profession. Educators have other designations according to their specificities, namely teachers, lecturers, counselors, tutors, widyaiswara, tutors, instructors, facilitators. Educational staff includes principals / madrasas, supervisors of education units, administrative staff, library staff, laboratory staff, technicians, study group managers, leaders in learning and cleaning. The administrative process of educators and education personnel includes the provision of educators and education staff, placement of educators and education staff, orientation of educators and education staff.

Administration can literally be interpreted as an activity or effort to help,serve, direct, or provide all activities to achieve goals. In general, educators in Indonesia are know as instructors, namely educational staff who are related to the administration of education with special assigment as the teaching profession.
