This article illustrates that non-rational internal factor greatly influence one’s desicion making. The methodology used to arrange this article is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The result of this article base on the researcher analyzing is generally there are three non-rational factor which influence decision making.They are personality, management style, and creativity.
