Abstract YOLOY is a high strength-low alloy, nickel-copper steel combining excellent formability with good corrosion resistance to the atmosphere. It has high ductility and excellent weldability. Its abrasion resistance is about 2 or 3 times that of carbon steel of similar strength. YOLOY is marketed in three different grades, namely, Grade ACR, Grade HSX and Grade HS.
