Abstract SICROMO 9M is a chromium-molybdenum, low-carbon alloy steel having good corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. It is recommended for still tubes and piping in oil refineries, heat exchanger and super-heater tubes when a greater degree of corrosion resistance is required than provided by Type 4-6 Cr-Mo steel and Sicromo 7.
