This article deals with automated urban traffic management, and proposes a new comprehensive infrastructure solution for dynamic traffic direction switching at intersection lines. It was assumed that the currently used solutions based on video monitoring are unreliable. Therefore, the Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) technique was introduced, in which vehicles are counted and, if necessary, identified in order to estimate the flows on individual lanes. The data is acquired in real time using fifth-generation wireless communications (5G). The Pots and Ising models derived from the theory of statistical physics were used in a novel way to determine the state of direction traffic lights. The models were verified by simulations using data collected from real traffic observations. The results were presented for two exemplary intersections.

Vehicular traffic can hardly escape the list of critical problems in the world that demand to be resolved at the earliest. Attempting to eradicate the factors that led to this menace is a process too long for the current critical situation to wait for and stay unattended. Considering the serious consequences that ensue as a result of traffic jams, some solution that can bring an expeditious remedy needs to be found in order to handle the current situation. And this paper is aimed at proposing one such solution which can considerably ameliorate the degree of the mayhem that is prevailing, using Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) technology.

A radio frequency identification (RFID) has obtained increasing attention with the emergence of various applications. This study aims to examine the implementation of rule based expert system supported by RFID technology into a monitoring information system of drug supply in a hospital. This research facilitates in monitoring the real time drug supply by using data sample from the hospital pharmacy. This system able to identify and count the number of drug and provide warning and report in real time. the conclusion is the rule based expert system and RFID technology can facilitate the performance in monitoring the drug supply quickly and precisely.

the technology of radio frequency identification (RFID) is an automatic non-contact identification technique, which uses radio frequency signal to recognize target automatically, and access to data of relevant information, and can effectively complete the rapid identification of traffic information system. In this paper, the characteristics and basic principle of radio frequency identification technology are described, the application of RFID in intelligent traffic management system for identifying vehicle identity information, automatic peccancy disposal, non-stop electronic toll collection are analyzed. The results show that, the application of RFID in intelligent traffic management system, greatly improves the management efficiency of traffic system, has bright application prospect.
