The purpose of this extension of the ESM’2019 conference paper is to propose some means to implement an artificial thinking model that simulates human psychological behavior. The first necessary model is the time fuzzy vector space model (TFVS). Traditional fuzzy logic uses fuzzification/defuzzification, fuzzy rules and implication to assess and combine several significant attributes to make deductions. The originality of TFVS is not to be another fuzzy logic model but rather a fuzzy object-oriented model which implements a dynamic object structural, behavior analogy and which encapsulates time fuzzy vectors in the object components and their attributes. The second model is a fuzzy vector space object oriented model and method (FVSOOMM) that describes how-to realize step by step the appropriate TFVS from the ontology class diagram designed with the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The third contribution concerns the cognitive model (Emotion, Personality, Interactions, Knowledge (Connaissance) and Experience) EPICE the layers of which are necessary to design the features of the artificial thinking model (ATM). The findings are that the TFVS model provides the appropriate time modelling tools to design and implement the layers of the EPICE model and thus the cognitive pyramids of the ATM. In practice, the emotion of cognitive dissonance during buying decisions is proposed and a game addiction application depicts the gamer decision process implementation with TFVS and finite state automata. Future works propose a platform to automate the implementation of TFVS according to the steps of the FVSOOMM method. An application is a case-based reasoning temporal approach based on TFVS and on dynamic distances computing between time resultant vectors in order to assess and compare similar objects’ evolution. The originality of this work is to provide models, tools and a method to design and implement some features of an artificial thinking model.

A kind of text classification method based on fuzzy vector space model and neural networks is proposed in the paper according to the problems that a text can be belongs to many types during the text classification. Fuzzy theory is adopted in the method to look the occurring position of feature items in text on as the important degree (membership) reflecting text subject, and fully considered the position information while the features are extracted, thus the fuzzy feature vectors are constructed, as a result, the text classification is close to the manual classification method. The established networks are constituted of input layer, hidden layer and output layer, the input layer completes the inputs of classification samples, hidden layer extracts the implicit pattern features of input samples, the output layer is used to output the classification results. Finally the effectiveness of this method is proved by some documents of Wan Fang data in experimental section. (Abstract)

<span>Ranking function is a predictive algorithm that is used to establish a simple ordering of documents according to its relevance. This step is critical because the results’ quality of a Domain Specific Information Retrieval (IR) such as Hadith Information Retrieval is fundamentally dependent of the ranking function. A Hierarchical Fuzzy Logic Controller of <em>Mamdani</em>-type Fuzzy Inference System has been built to define the ranking function, based on the Malay Information retrieval’s BM25 Model. The model examines three-inputs (Ontology BM25 Score, Fabrication Rate of Hadith and Shia Rate of Hadith) and four-output values of Final Ranking Score which consist of three triangular membership functions. The proposed system has outperformed the BM25 original score and the Vector Space Model (VM) on 16 queries, while the BM25 original score and Vector Space Model only yield better result in 9 and 2 queries respectively on the P@10, %no measures and MAP. P@10 represent the values of Precision at Rank 10 P@10), %no measures represent the percentage of queries with no relevant documents in the top ten retrieved and MAP represents Mean Average Precision of the queries. The results show the proposed system have capability to demote negative documents and move up the relevant documents in the ranking list and its capability to recall unseen document with the application of ontology in text retrieval. For the future works, the researcher would like to apply the usage of other Malay Semantic elements and another corpus for positive ranking indicator.</span>

Information searching based on users’ query, which is hopefully able to find the documents based on users’ need, is known as Information Retrieval. This research uses Vector Space Model method in determining the similarity percentage of each student’s assignment. This research uses PHP programming and MySQL database. The finding is represented by ranking the similarity of document with query, with mean average precision value of 0,874. It shows how accurate the application with the examination done by the experts, which is gained from the evaluation with 5 queries that is compared to 25 samples of documents. If the number of counted assignments has higher similarity, thus the process of similarity counting needs more time, it depends on the assignment’s number which is submitted.

Perkembangan dunia teknologi berjalan sangat cepat. Selaras dengan hal itu, kebutuhan manusia hususnya dibidang bisnis juga semakin berkembang. salah satunya adalah R.M. Lesehan Berkah Ilaahi. Rumah makan ini merupakan rumah makan yang memiliki banyak pelanggan. Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah pelanggan, maka [penumpukan antrian banyak terjadi. Di samping itu rumah makan ini memiliki potensi untuk dapat terus mengembangkan bisnisnya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu memfasilitasi proses pemesanan melalui online serta mampu membantu pemilik bisnis dalam melakukan promosi dan penawaran, terlebih kepada pelanggan yang daya belinya tinggi. Jurnal ini memaparkan proses pembangunan sistem pemesanan berbasis web dengan menekankan pada tahap analisa, desain, dan implementasi. Analisis kondisi lapangan dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, studi literatur sistem lama, wawancara dan kuesioner pelanggan. Hasil analisa akan digambarkan menggunakan notasi UML (Unified Modeling Language) untuk selanjutnya diimplementasikan dalam sebuah aplikasi e-CRM menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta basis data PostgreSQL. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Object oriented dengan memanfaatkan Yii Framework yang merupakan framework PHP berbasis Model View Controller (MVC). Selain itu digunakan pula bootstrap framework dari sisi desain aplikasi untuk memberikan fleksibilitas aplikasi ketika diakses dengan device yang resolusinya lebih kecil seperti telephon genggam. Library is one of the facilities which provides information, knowledge resource, and acts as an academic helper for readers to get the information. The huge number of books which library has, usually make readers find the books with difficulty. Universitas Multimedia Nusantara uses the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) as the library catalogue. SLiMS has many features which help readers, but there is still no recommendation feature to help the readers finding the books which are relevant to the specific book that readers choose. The application has been developed using Vector Space Model to represent the document in vector model. The recommendation in this application is based on the similarity of the books description. Based on the testing phase using one-language sample of the relevant books, the F-Measure value gained is 55% using 0.1 as cosine similarity threshold. The books description and variety of languages affect the F-Measure value gained. Index Terms—Book Recommendation, Porter Stemmer, SLiMS Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, TF-IDF, Vector Space Model
