Abstract: A good electrical power system ensures the availability of electrical power without any of the interruption to every load connected to it. Generally the power is transmitted through the high voltage transmission lines. Normally these are the types of the devices which are can be of the batteries or of the ultra-capacitors these devices stores energy as the DC Charges. Here the energy can be obtained from the AC lines which are connected to the grid lines and these can be processed either type can be wired type or the wireless. The processes involved they will work in the reverse direction in which the power present which can be fed back to the grid lines and the batteries which is of the regenerative braking type when the vehicle present in the idle V2G state. Here the typical placement of the various different types of the converters in an EV positioning systems along with the power converting storage type of the devices here the conversion present can be of the DC-AC or DC-DC types. Here the description of the power converter electronic devices are provided and the classification of the AC-AC converters. Abstract: This paper is about the new automatic technique of inbuilt hydraulic jack system. Whenever the tire failure is occurred in the vehicle then to lifting the vehicle from ground surface is the very difficult think for human being and also, huge human effort required and more time taking process. There, this inbuilt hydraulic jack system helps to lift the vehicle from the ground instead of conventional mechanical jack, and saves the time and excess effort. Separate buttons are provided in order to raise or lower the right and left side jacks. By pushing the given button in the dashboard, the inbuilt self-jacking component gets initiated. Main parts of this project are hydraulic jack, master cylinder, valves, manifold, and oil reservoir. The inbuilt hydraulic jack will be valuable to the senior residents and for women who discover it incredibly hard to work the jack physically in any breakdown of the vehicle. This hydraulic jack will have the option to lift the wheels as indicated by our prerequisite that is on the off chance that we need to lift just two wheels, at that point it tends to be finished by moving the cylinder as needs be on the rack with the assistance of the DC motor. Index Terms: Hydraulic Jack, Master Cylinder, Incompressible Hydraulic Oil, Pascal’s Law

Abstract: Melanoma is taken into account a fatal sort of carcinoma .Differentiating melanoma from nevus is difficult task. Nevus is a common pigmented skin lesion, usually developing during adulthood, which is harmless. Since they look similar it has to be identified and reduce the risk of cancer. The death rate thanks to this disease is in particular other skin-related consolidated malignancies. In this work, we have used convolution neural networks to classify the image into melanoma and nevus. The images are pre-processed using median filter, top-bottom hat filter and are passed through layers of CNN. We have achieved an accuracy of 97.56%, sensitivity of 95.23%.The F1_socre is 97.56. Index terms: Melanoma, Nevus, True Positive, True Negative, False Negative, False Positive, Confusion Matrix, Epoch, Convolution Neural Network.

Vitamins are probably the best-selling dietary supplements in the United States, in which an estimated 35% of the population take multivitamin and mineral supplements. Data relating microconstituents to carcinogenesis are extremely limited, as explained in the first report. A striking feature of many of the compounds in the three groups mentioned above is their capacity to prevent or retard the occurrence of neoplasia. However, there is a paucity of data concerning the conditions under which inhibition occurs, the mechanisms of inhibition, and the precise impact of these microconstituents on humans. A literature review was conducted in the electronic databases PubMed and Google Scholar using the index terms "carcinogenesis" and "cancer" and "vitamin D" All types of studies were included for this study, such as randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, literature reviews, and pilot studies published between 2010 and 2021. Articles which not written in English were excluded from the study. This search resulted in 10 papers. Many of the mechanisms proposed for vitamin D and cancer prevention have been studied only in the context of one tissue or one type of cancer and so further studies must be conducted to determine if these mechanisms can be generalized. For example, while higher serum (25(OH)D3) is associated with reduced cancer risk, and CYP27B1 is expressed in non-renal cells, there is no evidence that the low-level expression of CYP27B1 in tissues leads to meaningful local production of 1a,25(OH)2D3 or calcitriol, and that this mediates the protection from cancer provided by high vitamin D status. In conclusion, we suggest that vitamin D compounds to be employed in the treatment of, alone or in combination with other anticancer agents. solar UV-B radiation, acting through the production of vitamin D, is a risk reduction factor for over a dozen forms of cancer.

Abstract Introduction to Psychology is one of the most popular undergraduate courses, an entry course for psychology majors and also popular with students from other disciplines. Consequently, the content in introductory psychology textbooks has the potential to influence undergraduates’ knowledge, attitudes, and interests, including those related to aging. The purpose of this study was to analyze aging-related content in introductory psychology textbooks to understand the topics to which students are exposed in this important course. We analyzed the indices of 21 best-selling Introduction to Psychology textbooks for both advanced and intermediate audiences, published between 2018 and 2020. We extracted and aggregated 275 unique, aging-specific index terms from the textbooks and analyzed their relative frequency. We identified 61 superordinate index terms corresponding to general terms (e.g., “aging,” “death”). The indices also included 214 unique subordinate terms that were more specific (e.g., “aging, and cognition”). Across textbooks, the most frequent topics reflected negative consequences of aging (e.g., “Alzheimer disease” = appeared in 100% of textbooks, “death” in 52%). In contrast, positive aspects of aging appeared less often (e.g., “generativity” in 47%, “longevity” in 10%). Terms describing career opportunities were rare (e.g., “gerontology” in 5%, “geropsychology” in 5%), as were modern theories (e.g., “socioemotional selectivity theory” in 28%). Advocacy for comprehensive and balanced representation of aging in introductory psychology textbooks is critical for educating students and promoting interest in the field.
