Based on analysis of domestic and national literature, the related theory of enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation and methods of knowledge management performance evaluation has been summarized and compared. Combining with the characteristics of enterprises, the model and method of software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation has been confirmed. Through surveying to related experts, index system of software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation has been structured which applies in fuzzy evaluation method, it’s able to apply in software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation.
