This publication treats species within Theopea and closely allied genera that were not covered in the previous two revisions. Three species of Theopea Baly, 1864 are treated herein, with T. bicolor Kimoto, 1989 and T. mouhoti Baly, 1864 redescribed, and T. bicoloroidessp. nov. described. A new genus that we consider closely related to Theopea, Pseudotheopeagen. nov., is described. This new genus can be recognized with the presence of reticulate microsculpture on the vertex of the head and pronotum and presence of an apical spine on each metatibia. The following species are transferred to Pseudotheopea as new combinations: Theopea aeneipennis Gressitt & Kimoto, 1963, T. azurea Gressitt & Kimoto, 1963, T. clypealis Medvedev, 2015, T. nigrita Medvedev, 2007, T. smaragdina Gressitt & Kimoto, 1963, T. similis Kimoto, 1989, and T. subviridis Medvedev, 2012. Theopea subviridis Medvedev, 2012 is regarded as new synonym of Pseudotheopea similis (Kimoto, 1989). In addition, six new species of Pseudotheopea are described: P. borerisp. nov. from India, P. gressittisp. nov. from Philippines, P. hsingtzungisp. nov. from Laos, P. kimotoisp. nov. from Laos, Thailand, and Vietnam, P. leehsuehaesp. nov. from Laos, and P. sufangaesp. nov. from Taiwan. A second new genus regarded as closely related to Pseudotheopea, Borneotheopeagen. nov., can be recognized by possessing uniform antennae in both sexes and lacking an apical spine on each metatibia. Two new species of Borneotheopea are described from Borneo: B. jaklisp. nov. and B. kalimantanensissp. nov.

Seven new genera of North American Cochylina are described and illustrated: Anacochylidia Brown, new genus (type species: Anacochylidia maderana Brown, new species); Atroposia Pogue, new genus (type species: Conchylis oenotherana Riley, 1881), resulting in Atroposia oenotherana (Riley), new combination; Cagiva Pogue, new genus (type species: Phalonia cephalanthana Heinrich, 1921), resulting in Cagiva cephalanthana (Heinrich), new combination; Cybilla Pogue, new genus (type species: Phalonia hubbardana Busck, 1907), resulting in Cybilla hubbardana (Busck), new combination; Honca Pogue, new genus (type species: Phalonia grandis Busck, 1907), resulting in Honca grandis (Busck), new combination; Nycthia Pogue, new genus (type species: Phalonia pimana Busck, 1907), resulting in Nycthia pimana (Busck), new combination, and N. yuccatana (Busck, 1907), new combination; and Pogospinia Brown, new genus (type species: Pogospinia floridana Brown, new species), with three new combinations: Pogospinia spinifera (Razowski, 1967), new combination; P. veracruzanus (Razowski and Becker, 1986); new combination, and P. signata (Razowski, 1967), new combination. The Palearctic genus Cochylichroa Obraztsov & Swatschek, 1958, revised status (type species: Eupoecilia atricapitana Stephens, 1852), is redefined based on North American congeners, resulting in the following new combinations: Cochylichroa arthuri (Dang, 1984), new combination; C. atricapitana (Stephens, 1852), revised status; C. aurorana (Kearfott, 1907), new combination; C. avita (Razowski, 1997), new combination; C. foxcana (Kearfott, 1907), new combination; C. hospes (Walsingham, 1884), new combination; C. hoffmanana (Kearfott, 1907), new combination; C. temerana (Busck, 1907), new combination; and C. viscana (Kearfott, 1907), new combination. Monoceratuncus Razowski, 1992, is reported for the first time from the U.S.A. as Monoceratuncus lantana Pogue, new species. Mimcochylis Razowski, 1985, is reported for the first time from the U.S.A. as Mimcochylis fulvotinctana (Walsingham, 1884), new combination and senior synonym of M. planola Razowski, 1985, new synonym. One new species is described in Aethes Billberg, 1820 (i.e., A. triassumenta Pogue, new species), and one new combination (i.e., A. ringsi (Metzler, 2000), new combination, is proposed. Two other new combinations are proposed: Thyraylia wiscana (Kearfott, 1907), new combination, and Eupinivora parotanus (Razowski and Becker, 2010), new combination.

Eight new taxa of Eriophyidae mites associated with native trees in the Cupania genus—C. oblongifolia Mart. and C. impressinervia Acev (Sapindaceae)—from the Atlantic Forest in Brazil, are described and illustrated. They include two new genera and two new species of Nothopodinae, Colopodacini (Setibia domatiagena   gen. nov., sp. nov. and Aricolopodos alagoensis gen. nov., sp. nov.), one new genus and two new species of Cecidophyinae, Colomerini (Euryslobos keronidos gen. nov., sp. nov. and Gammaphytoptus cupanius sp. nov.), and one new species of Phyllocoptinae, Tegonotini (Shevtchenkella caboata sp. nov.).

We present an annotated and illustrated catalogue of fifty type specimens of Afrotropical Tortricidae deposited in the insect collection of the Royal Museum for Central Africa. In addition to primary types, paratypes and/or paralectotypes are described and illustrated when available. Also, syntypes of the treated species deposited in other museums are listed and discussed. The taxonomic position of each species is reviewed. Three genera are described as new: Cornips Razowski, Nepheloploce Razowski, and Recaraceria Razowski. One new species, Cornips gravidspinatus Razowki, is described from the type series of Tortrix dryocausta Meyrick. Ptychocroca, new genus, is described and illustrated. As presently defined, the genus includes eight species: P. apenicillia, new species, from Chile; P. nigropenicillia, new species, from Chile; P. lineabasalis, new species, from Chile; P. keelioides, new species, from Chile; P. simplex, new species, from Chile; P. crocoptycha (Meyrick), new combination, from Argentina and Chile; P. wilkinsoni (Butler), new combination, from Chile; and P. galenia (Razowski), new combination, from Chile. We present brief diagnoses for the related genera Apotomops Powell and Obraztsov, Bonagota Razowski, Haemateulia Razowski, and Acmanthina Brown, along with descriptions of two new species of Apotomops (A. boliviana and A. spomotopa, new species). We also propose two new combinations, Apotomops carchicola (Razowski and Becker) and A. sololana (Razowski), and the synonymy of Bonagota cranaodes (Meyrick) with B. salubricola (Meyrick).

The Prabhasa Moore, 1878 genus-group is reviewed. The male and female genitalia of Prabhasa venosa Moore, 1878, the type species of the genus, are described and illustrated for the first time. Two new genera, Macohasa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, gen. nov. and Chinasa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, gen. nov. and two new species, Macohasa cernyi Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, sp. nov. and Chinasa sapa Dubatolov, Volynkin & Kishida, sp. nov. are described for Prabhasa venosa sensu authors. Seven new combinations are established: Zadadra plumbeomicans (Hampson, 1894), comb. nov., Zadadra monastyrskyi (Dubatolov, 2012), comb. nov., Macohasa orientalis (Hampson, 1905), comb. nov., Macohasa tetraspila (Černý, 2009), comb. nov., Macohasa dimorpha (Hampson, 1918), comb. nov., Chinasa costalis costalis (Moore, 1878), comb. nov. and Chinasa costalis bicoloriceps (Strand, 1916), comb. nov.

A synthesis of the present knowledge of the Spanish Peritelini is presented. Two new genera are separated from Peritelus auctt.: Euplister (type species: Peritelus susanae Seidlitz, 1866) and Pseudoperitelus (type species: Peritelus globulicollis Seidlitz, 1862). Thirteen new species are described from Spain: Meira gerundana, M. medae, M. tarraconensis, Pseudomeira baetica, P. eremita, P. lepida, Euplister andalusicus, E. frater, E. megalophthalmus, E. mimus, E. moroderi, E. trifolii, E. velazquezi. New combinations are: Euplister susanae (Seidlitz, 1866), E. hybridus (Seidlitz, 1871), E. setabensis (Hustache, 1921), E. magnicollis (Desbrochers, 1896), E. coniceps (Desbrochers, 1897), Pseudoperitelus senex (Boheman, 1834), P. globulicollis (Seidlitz, 1871), P. espanoli (Roudier, 1958) and P. lopezi (Hoffmann, 1961), and one new synonym is proposed: Simo cremieri (Boheman, 1842) = Peritelus maroccanus Pic, 1920, syn. n. One genus, Meira Jacquelin du Val, 1853, and two species, Gymnomorphus nigrans (Fairmaire, 1862) and Meirella florentina (Stierlin, 1884), are newly recorded from Spain, bringing the total number of Peritelini known from Iberia to ten genera and thirtysix species. Diagnoses, detailed descriptions and data on distribution and ecology, mostly unpublished, are provided for each species, and a catalogue, identification keys, distribution maps and figures of key anatomical characters are added for the Iberian species. Caenopsis Bach, 1854 is excluded from Peritelini and confirmed as belonging in Trachyphloeini.

Three new Oriental Issidae genera and two new species identified by a previous molecular phylogeny analysis are described. Two new genera belong to the tribe Kodaianellini: Kodaianellissus gen. nov., type species: K. intorqueus sp. nov. from China and Tetricissus gen. nov., type species: T. philo (Fennah, 1978) from Vietnam. Another new genus representing Sarimini: Longieusarima gen. nov., type species: L. lunulia sp. nov. is described from China.

AbstractFollowing examination of Cicadelloidea off potato, castor, millets and berseem from Simla, India, and of some of Distant's type specimens, the genera Jilinga, Pseudosubhimalus and Sarejuia are described as new, and new combinations and synonymies given ; two new species are also described under Aconurella Ribaut and Sarejuia. Dio Distant, Erythridea Ribaut and Erythria Fieber are considered to be distinct, and a key to these genera is given.

Two new genera are described and figured for South American eulonchopriine bees. Apatosigynes Engel, new genus, is described for the eastern and southern Brazilian Apatosigynes meloi Engel, new species, and the northern Peruvian Leioproctus (Nomiocolletes) simplicicrus Michener (previously placed in Eulonchopria Brèthes). The genus is differentiated from Eulonchopria most notably by the absence of a preoccipital carina or lamella, absence of a pronotal carina, simple axillae, a rugose propodeum, and narrow metasomal bands. Similarly, Mimozibyne Engel, new genus, is described for the Argentine and Paraguayan L. (Perditomorpha) eulonchopriodes Michener. Mimozibyne is easily confused with Perditomorpha Ashmead or an enigmatic Eulonchopria, and is distinguished on the basis of two submarginal cells (as in Perditomorpha), coarse punctation, presence of yellow metasomal bands with raised margins, and more squat antennal flagellomeres. The following new combinations are established: Apatosigynes simplicicrus (Michener) and Mimozibyne eulonchopriodes (Michener).

Paramunnid species of Southern Hemisphere cold-water Austronanus Hodgson, 1910 and related genera are characterised by simple, smooth, flattened, rather elongate oval bodies, a broadly projecting frontal head margin, well-developed, short, mostly distally bulging eyestalks with ommatidia, pereonites with lateral margins contiguous, rounded or truncate, and dorsally visible coxae V–VII. Just and Wilson (2004) rejected synonymy of Austronanus with Paramunna Sars proposed by Nordenstam (1933), following a revision of the latter genus. The type species, Austronanus glacialis Hodgson, 1910, is re-described based on topotypic material from McMurdo Sound, Antarctica, (the holotype is a small manca). The types of Paramunna dentata Nordenstam, 1933 and P. dubia Hale, 1937 are re-described and the two species referred to Austronanus together with three new Antarctic and subantarctic species, A. aucklandensis, A. gelidus and A. mawsoni. Paramunna patagoniensis Winkler, 1994 is redescribed and made the type species of a new genus, Xigonus. A new genus, Stephenseniellus, is established for two new species from the subantarctic islands south of New Zealand and Australia, S. palliolatipes (type species) from Macquarie Island, and S. serraticornis (originally reported by Stephensen, 1927 as “Paramunna (serrata (Richardson) ?”) from Auckland Island.
