Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Quality Based on the Integration of Rough Set and Evidence Theory

In order to assess the power quality objectively and effectively, a comprehensive evaluation method of power quality based on rough set and D-S evidence theory has been proposed in this paper. The method combines rough set theory by means of defining the decision-making strength and expansion rules and using the decision-making table to obtain the basic probability assignment of D-S evidence theory, then by applying the fusion rules of evidence theory to integrate the various indicators of power quality, the pros and cons of ordering from each power quality evaluations can be obtained to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of power quality. The examples show that the results of power quality evaluation are more objective and rational by using this method. So it can prove the correctness and superiority of this method.

In this paper, taking the Zhengding new district of Shijiazhuang city as an example, we put forward to take advantages of analytic hierarchy process and rough set theory and combine them with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to do the quantitative analysis of suitability of the engineering geology conditions of urban construction land .It can make the evaluation more objective. This paper divides study area into the most suitable,suitable,less suitable and unsuitable,and provides a strong scientific basis for the design and planning.

In this paper, fuzzy set and rough set theory were used to the research of durability environment division of concrete structures. Based on discretization of the measured data, the significance of attributes among rough sets was estimated instead of weight determination, and a relation data model about the durability effecting factors of concrete structures was established. A knowledge system was built through making attribute value into eigenvalue. During data analysis, the assessment of the regional factors was computed by analyzing the support and significance of evaluation method for the predicted object. The proposed approach overcomes the subjectivity of traditional weight determination method, After researching on durability environment divisions of concrete structures in Shenzhen city, the result shows that the proposed approach overcomes the subjectivity of traditional weight determination method, possesses much more objectivity and improved the accuracy and efficiency of comprehensive evaluation.

This paper, using the hierarchical cluster analysis and the gray scale comprehensive evaluation method, considering operating balance scale of regional companies, the proportion of inter-regional exchange of goods, compares the pros and cons of each division scheme and we find that seven regional companies is the most suitable for railway development.

In evaluation and decision-making, for an object system with multiple attributes and indicators, it is a typical pattern to calculate an assessment value on each object using some methods to get the ranking of objects, so as to choose the best according to sorting result of the values.The paper establishes the evaluation ranking model on the basis of multi-user attribute comprehensive evaluation method which focuses on how to give a comprehensive evaluation on objects taking the users’ preferences on different attributes in an evaluation group into account,and thereby produce evaluation values and sorting results of objects.Simulation verifies the ranking model in evaluation and decision-making.
