Used Profili, Gambit and FLUENT software to build 2D model of the horizontal wave flow turbine power plant which developed by Shanghai Ocean University, and to simulate its pressure and velocity flow field under the RNG k-ε turbulence model with rotational speed accordingly 75r/min, 110r/min and 150r/min while the incoming flow velocity was 2m / s .By showing and analysing its pressure speed clouds, summarized the flow regular impacts to the rotaional turbine,which provided an important numerical reference to the blade strcture optimization and its strength check and indicated a right simulation method to solve the similar fluid simulation project.

We can build the three-dimensional structure model based on the Gambit software and achieve the distribution of flow field in the pipe and reflux flow condition at the position of transducer in regard to the real position of transducer according to the Fluent software. Under the framework, define the reflux length based on the distance of reflux along the channel and evaluate the effect of reflux on flow field. Then we can correct the power factor with the transmission speed difference method in the ideal condition and obtain the matching expression of power correction factor according to the practice model. In the end, analyze the simulation experience and produce the sample table based on the proposed model. The comparative analysis of test results and simulation results demonstrates the validity and feasibility of the proposed simulation method. The research in this paper will lay a foundation for further study on the optimization of ultrasonic flowmeter, enhance the measurement precision, and extend the application of engineering.

Objective: To optimize process parameters and determine system of culture and collection cells microspheres by Fluent software. Method: Hypothesises of boundaries were brought forward of preparation cell microspheres. Parameters, the mesh and relevant conditions of cells microspheres were determined.Result: Parameters of the optimal process were determined by the flow field analysis of cell microspheres. Moreover the strategy of culture and collection cell microspheres were completed.Conclusion: The results may be caused research a equipment of proliferation cell micropheres. This is probably a consequence of reduction bankroll of development equipment of culture and collection cell micropheres.
