The electrical monitoring is the most important part of industrial production, with industrial production situation of increasingly complex, also more and more high to the requirement of wireless industrial monitoring and control system. In this context strengthen monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless industry research is of great significance. Wireless electric monitoring system based on ZigBee has more advantages compared with traditional wireless monitoring technology. To strengthen the research of this technique is a necessary choice to meet the requirements of the actual industrial production. This article will revolve around ZigBee technology to explore how to enhance the level of electrical control system.

For the insufficient of the present monitoring and control system of the crane in communication mode, monitoring data and data is stored; the system of gantry crane safety monitoring and control based on S3c6410 ARM11 is designed in this paper. The Zigbee wireless networking is used to collect and deal with the distributed sensor monitoring, and it can find the problems and to control in the shortest time. To realize the "black box" record function, the SQLite3.0 embedded database is transplanted to real-time storage the Critical data. It is confirmed that the system operation is stable and reliable that can guarantee the monitoring and control system operation security and improving work efficiency, and it has a good application prospect.

In view of the central heating problems for remote, a realization scheme of remote monitoring system for central heating is presented. In this paper, the composition and functions of the heat supply network monitoring center, the heating station monitoring and control system and the wireless communication system are introduced, the control system hardware configuration is discussed. The system has already been used and run in a good effect.

Based on Industrial Ethernet, PLC and Industrial Computer, Monitoring and Control System of Underground Coal Gasification (UCG) were developed. Distributed measured sensor signals and complex monitoring tasks are realized by a PLC and an Industrial Computer. Star topology network is used. The connection between Monitoring system and PLC is realized by an industrial Ethernet module. The solution in laboratory condition appears reliability and quick data exchange was realized between PLC and Monitoring system.

An intelligent monitoring and control system for highway daily maintenance is described in this paper. To manage maintenance machinery and operators more effectively, geographical information system (GIS), global positioning system (GPS), and wireless communication technologies are applied to the system which consists of three subsystems, detection and maintenance sequence planning system, detection and maintenance monitoring system, and PDA execution system. Maintenance machinery sequence planning system generates routes and schedules for maintenance machinery using GIS and optimization techniques. Maintenance machinery monitoring system monitors current positions of machinery and actual maintenance results as compared with planned sequences, routes and visit times, while PDA execution system transmits information for machinery positions and actual maintenance results using GPS and wireless communication technologies. The intelligent monitoring and control system can promote operation efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
