Показаны возможные реализации паспорта безопасности в виде цифровых двойников с учетом мультимодальности информационных потоков Modern technologies for obtaining and processing data lead to new concepts of risk management and safety for territorial development in industrial regions. This paper formulated the definition of “Digital Pattern of Territory Safety” (DPTS) and his structure requirements. The need to create a DSPT is due to the complexity of the tasks of territorial administration, the presence of a large amount of heterogeneous data, the potential of modern intellectual technologies of analysis. The issues of monitoring data integration for the environmental state, control of technosphere objects and characteristics of the social sphere are urgent. The content of a common information space of territorial administration should be determined by the structure of indicators DPTS. The concept of a digital passport of territory safety links types of risks, indicators of their characteristics, information support of indicators with parameters of territory management. The analytical models that consolidate complex monitoring data, dynamic mapping and web visualization were developed for DPTS. Determination of strategic directions for safety territories management, taking into account for their physical-geographical and socio-economic characteristics is based on the systematization of measures to reduce risks. This article provides the examples of using the indicators of Digital Patterns to assess and manage the social, natural and technogenic risks for the systems. The implementations of the safety data sheet in the form of digital twins are possible taking into account the multimodality of information flows

Real-time health monitoring of civil infrastructures is performed to maintain their structural integrity, sustainability, and serviceability for a longer time. With smart electronics and packaging technology, large amounts of complex monitoring data are generated, requiring sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for their processing. With the advancement of technology, more complex AI models have been applied, from simple models to sophisticated deep learning (DL) models, for structural health monitoring (SHM). In this article, a comprehensive review is performed, primarily on the applications of AI models for SHM to maintain the sustainability of diverse civil infrastructures. Three smart data capturing methods of SHM, namely, camera-based, smartphone-based, and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV)-based methods, are also discussed, having made the utilization of intelligent paradigms easier. UAV is found to be the most promising smart data acquisition technology, whereas convolution neural networks are the most impressive DL model reported for SHM. Furthermore, current challenges and future perspectives of AI-based SHM systems are also described separately. Moreover, the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart city concepts are explained to elaborate on the contributions of intelligent SHM systems. The integration of SHM with IoT and cloud-based computing is leading us towards the evolution of future smart cities.

Irrigation is an important element of agricultural production in the arid conditions of the Stavropol Territory. The combination of irrigation, chemicalization and complex mechanization provides highly productive use of land that requires specific scientific support. The purpose of the research is to identify differences in the dynamics of the main agrochemical indicators (organic matter, pH, mobile phosphorus, mobile potassium) on irrigated and non-irrigated chestnut soils. The object of research is chestnut soils located in an extremely arid climatic zone of the Stavropol Territory. The data of complex monitoring of soil fertility in the Apanasenkovsky district were used as the source material. The data for the period from 1991 to 2020 were prepared by the staff of the State Center for Agrochemical Service “Stavropolsky”. The content of soil organic matter was determined by the Tyurin method in the modification of CINAO. Mobile compounds of phosphorus and potassium were determined by the Machigin method in the modification of CINAO. The value of the hydrogen pH index of the aqueous suspension was determined by the potentiometric method. The content of organic matter in chestnut soils increased from 1.8 to 2.0–2.1% both on irrigated and non-irrigated lands. A tendency to leaching of irrigated lands by 0.2 units has been revealed; therefore, in this case, it is recommended to use chemical ameliorants. Moreover, on irrigation, an increase in the content of mobile phosphorus (from 0.8 to 4.0 mg/kg) compared to non-irrigated areas was revealed. The reason for this is the increased doses of phosphorus-containing fertilizers applied during irrigation. During the study period, the content of mobile potassium increased from 77 to 93 mg/kg irrigated chestnut soils compared to non-irrigated ones. The negative dynamics in the content of mobile potassium on irrigation was revealed. It amounted to 364 mg/kg (as of 2020), which is lower than the data of the previous survey period by 81 mk/kg. Particular attention should be paid to the use of potash fertilizers since there is increased removal of this element, despite the high potash potential of chestnut soils in the arid zone of the Stavropol Territory.

The current state of studies on application and safety of food additives in various technologies for food production is examined. Considerable attention should be given to studies dedicated to analysis of food safety criteria due to a possibility of appearance of adverse consequences for human health and the trend towards increasing life quality. Special emphasis is placed on such parameters as genotoxicity and mutagenicity. It is shown that the most rapid and convenient tool for complex monitoring of product toxicity can be the bioassay procedure. Based on the review of the literature on bioassays for edible meat and meat products, canned foods, carbonated soft drinks, beer, milk and milk containing products as well as seasonings, the authors show that above mentioned products had the cyto- and genotoxic potential when tested on animal and human cell cultures, microorganisms and plants. With that, it was found that a list of relevant publications is quite small despite a significant growth in scientific research dedicated to food toxicity assessment using bioassays. A review on the conducted research on assessment of genotoxic and mutagenic effects of foods by bioassay methods will make it possible to extend the understanding of the processes and mechanisms of this toxicity and form more rational concept of consumption.

Abstract This document describes a system for static and dynamic monitoring of the structural health of bridges, but not only. The need to develop the system resulted from the difficulties encountered by the authors in installing and operating complex monitoring systems, composed of elements from different manufacturers, with different measurement technologies, power supplies, communication modes and software applications. The described system facilitates the integration of different measurements, sensors, power supplies and communication technologies, in a unitary system that allows both static and dynamic measurements, simultaneously.

Hemoglobin disorders (thalassemia and sickle cell disease) are a group of hereditary anemias that today occur across the world. The recent population movement has led to a steady increase of carriers and patients in all countries of the European Union. Requiring complex monitoring and treatment and, as a consequence, well-organized and nationally coordinated, supported and funded services, these lifelong conditions are now visible to healthcare services in the EU. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the current situation pertaining to these disorders, as perceived by the patient/parent community that the Thalassemia International Federation (TIF) represents. The aim is to establish a comprehensive understanding of the situation and unmet needs faced by migrants with thalassemia. The implementation of activities by TIF in 2018-2020 to identify and address these challenges, paves the way to increased awareness, education and policy changes building on international expertise and knowledge that will enable the provision of state-of-art clinical management services thus guaranteeing an improved quality of life. A bird’s eye view of the prevalence of these disorders is presented contributing to the further understanding of challenges met by both patients and healthcare professionals in the receipt and provision of quality healthcare respectively.

In the aerospace industry, Liquid Resin Infusion (LRI) is gaining more and more importance as an out-of-autoclave alternative manufacturing technique to traditional pre-impregnated (prepreg) fabrics. The research in this field has been focused on understanding the cure and the process parameters of these materials, aiming to optimize the manufacturing process and reduce costs. A major problem derived from these technologies is the distortions induced by LRI process, affecting to composite parts due to non-uniform distribution of residual stresses. Such distortions can lead to non-uniform parts with shape distortions, which is a critical issue when trying to assembly with other parts due to mismatches in shape, leading to the rejection of such components. In this context, ELADINE project aims to understand and quantify the key manufacturing parameters that cause shape distortions on composite coupons (such as spring-in of curved parts) using an integrated numerical-experimental approach. The manufacturing process will be accurately monitored through Fiber Optic Sensors (FOS) and Dielectric sensors (DC) to understand how the process variables affect the distortion phenomena. The monitored data will feed a simulation tool for spring-in prediction for large integral composite wing structures. This article covers the preliminary results of cure monitoring and process parameters of thermoset composites implementing monitoring strategies for manufactured coupons by LRI.
