In present paper, possibilities for identification and verification of closure welds were discussed. It might be applied for nonproliferation purposes, where validity and reliability of verification are often crucial issue. Methodology of ultrasonic testing and signal processing procedure were proposed. Through set of experiments, the validity of proposed solution was approved.

The development of signal processing technology not only improves the reliability of qualitative and quantitative ultrasound detection, but also promotes the sensitivity and precision. This paper introduces the new progress of signal processing technology in application of Ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing, including the basic principle, characteristic and localization of Wavelet Transform, Adaptive Filter Technique, Artificial Neural Network and Support Vector Machine application in Ultrasonic Testing, and the trend of development in the future.

Software-defined radio (SDR) is a kind of radio communication system which attempts to place much or most of the complex signal handling involved in receivers and transmitters into the digital style. As wireless technologies become ubiquitous, SDR are gaining popularity. In this work, we introduce the SDR platform USRP with emphasizes on hardware components, signal processing procedure and the supporting software. A radio spectrum monitoring system based on USRP and LabVIEW is designed and implemented, and web publishing of the real time spectrum is realized.
