Housing study and housing research has been developing. Different scholars contributed their own expertise. So far housing study has not been theoretically well built. The motive behind this paper is to capitalize on gap knowledge. In view of that this article was organized to enhance knowledge organization of housing in both theoretical and substantive sense. Hopefully, this paper will be treated with good face by your esteemed organization.
