The paper deals with problem analysis due to domestic engineering transition to the Industry 4.0 technology. It presents such innovative technologies as additive manufacturing (3D-printing), Industrial Internet of Things, total digitization of manufacturing (digital description of products and processes, virtual and augmented reality). Among the main highlighted problems the authors include a lack of unification and standardization at this stage of technology development; incompleteness of both domestic and international regulatory framework; shortage of qualified personnel.

The opinion of "Industrial Internet" was first suggested by General Electric. As a modern infrastructure of the 4 -th industrial revolution, Industrial Internet has become a substantial mechanism to actualiza digital revision of industrial economy. The Industrial Internet platform is a system formulated on huge data gathering, accumulation and analysis, which is based to the necessity of digitalization, networking and philosophizing of manufacturing industry. In order to settle the problems of actual rearward industrial data, improve the capacity of data acquisition and deal with the industrial interconnection platform, the industrial intelligent optimization system generates the product services needed by industrial enterprises and realizes the object of industrial optimization. The technologies of the future society can make a super connective society where everything is connected and organically interacted, and it promotes “Hyper-Connected”, “Hyper-Intelligent”, "Hyper-Real" as it is possible to become intellectual by techniques such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis. To find out the key triggers by extracting the technologies with these characteristics and identifying what factors and forms are used allows us to grasp changes in the industry due to the rapidly changing domestic environment and the influence of innovation technologies. According to the analysis, the key triggers of major technologies in information society are keywords such as security, technology, service, virtual, and finance which have a great chance to converge with other technologies. The implications of this study are as follows. First, key technologies of domestic information society were identified based on a huge amount of reliable news data. In addition, Network Analysis based on Data, which has increased the frequency of studies all over the field including computer science, sociology and business administration, is applied to predicting the future. Based on this, the methodology has been proposed that can be used to predict the pattern of technology development or notable technologies in the future. This study wasn’t conducted only on one detailed technology, but comprehensively on major technologies extracted in the era of 4th Industrial Revolution and presents Black Swan Prediction to enhance competitiveness of domestic industry in related technologies and create new added value.

Compressor is a typical high-end discrete product,with the shortening of product life cycle and the enhancement of the degree of product customization, the traditional compressor manufacturing system architecture cannot meet the requirements of comprehensive digital management of compressor from body scheme design to parts production line, logistics management, operation and maintenance monitoring and evaluation. This paper presents a compressor manufacturing system architecture based on digital twinning, and establishes an Internet platform for compressor industry oriented to remote coordination from three aspects of compressor design, production, operation and maintenance. The platform includes industrial Internet infrastructure layer, physical space entity model layer, virtual space multidimensional model layer, physical space and virtual space multidimensional model correlation and mapping layer, big data intelligent analysis decision-making layer, and digital twin application layer. Through the establishment of the compressor product design and simulation model of digital twin, compressor production process digital twin model, compressor fault diagnosis and remote operations digital twin model, implementation is based on the number of compressor collaboration in manufacturing industrial Internet platform twin system, leading the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing industry, compressor industry sustainable development ability and international competitiveness.
