Cloud computing is very helpful for a business just because cloud computing helps the small and large business to start a digital business. Due to the rapid growth of computing resources over the past years, cloud computing has been treated as a prominent research field and this technology appeared as a new solution in the IT field. Many businesses including small, medium, and enterprise are migrating to this technology for so many reasons such as availability of computing resources, reduced total cost of ownership, on- demand services, increased revenue, and many more. Cloud Computing offers a number of advantages of cloud migration that motivated business enterprises to adopt this change. Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Ji dreams to make a digital India and the cloud could help to make India digital.

This paper consists of four major sections: The first section is a literature review of cloud computing and a cost model. The next section focuses on detailed overviews of cloud computing and its levels of services: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. Major cloud computing providers are introduced, including Amazon Web Services (AWS),
Microsoft Azure, and Google App Engine. Finally, case studies of implementing web applications on IaaS and PaaS using AWS, Linode and Google AppEngine are demonstrated. Justifications of running on an IaaS provider (AWS) and running on a PaaS provider (Google AppEngine) are described. The last section discusses costs and technology analysis comparing cloud computing with local managed storage and servers. The total costs of ownership (TCO) of an AWS small instance are significantly
lower, but the TCO of a typical 10TB space in Amazon S3 are
significantly higher. Since Amazon offers lower storage pricing for huge amounts of data, the TCO might be lower. Readers should do their own analysis on the TCOs.

Cloud Computing offers significant cost benefits for SMEs that often do not manage internal IT infrastructure and start-up companies that do not have their own IT infrastructure. This paper presents a total cost of ownership (TCO) approach for cloud computing services with an emphasis on the infrastructure as a service (IaaS) model. Also, the paper presents a methodology for estimating total cost of ownership (TCO) when running computer instances in the IaaS cloud using the GARCH model to predict transaction volatility. The research results show that it is possible to successfully use GARCH models when there is historical data on the number of transactions. In addition, simulation shows that, when there are large oscillations in the number of transactions, the best choice is to reserve instances according to the Partial-Upfront price model. In contrast, if the transaction number is relatively stable, the best choice is the All-Upfront model.

Cloud computing is a technique for supplying computer facilities and providing access to software via the Internet. Cloud computing represents a contextual shift in how computers are provisioned and accessed. One of the defining characteristics of cloud software service is the transfer of control from the client domain to the service provider. Another is that the client benefits from economy of scale on the part of the provider. Cloud computing is particularly attractive to small and medium-sized educational institutions, because it represents a lower total cost of ownership (TCO) than alternative modalities.

Purpose Reshoring, whether concerning back-reshoring or near-reshoring, is a quite recent phenomenon. Despite the economic and political interest of this topic, research questioning determinants and results of reshoring remain rare. The purpose of this paper is to help people to better understand reasons for reshoring. Design/methodology/approach To better understand reasons for near-reshoring, the authors conducted a study among 215 French firms in spring 2016, including 197 of them sourcing manufactured goods from China. Findings Near-reshoring is a recent but growing phenomenon: almost half of the companies sourcing in China chose over the past few years to near-reshore the supply of certain products initially purchased in China, and 10 per cent plan to do so soon. The authors determine main motives for near-reshoring and show that companies having reshored are very satisfied in terms of product quality, responsiveness between order and delivery, responsiveness between design and production, and in terms of total cost of ownership too. Originality/value Despite the economic and political interest of the topic of reshoring, research questioning determinants and results of reshoring remains rare.
