Traditional web service resource hasn't the concept of state and exists many limitations in application. WS-Resource of WSRF solved this problem. This paper elaborated the principal standard protocol specifications in WSRF, analyzed WS-resources characteristics, gave the implementation steps of grid resource and service, and finally validated the superiority of WSRF resource model with an example.

Different cloud services need different resources, how to use the resources efficiently has become one of the hot research topics about cloud computing. In order to improve the utilization of resources in cloud, this paper proposes an automatic cloud service classification method, which uses an artificial neural network to predict the type of service resource requirements, and classifies services based on the predicting result. In this paper, we do classification experiments on three groups of Web services on Web service site. The experiment results show that, the method is effective and can predict the type of resource requirements for Web services automatically.

The work of Web Service verification mainly concentrated in testing service functional correctness, the non-functioning attribute description and verification is relatively rare. For the lack of non-functioning attribute service verification, the available time phrase of Web Service is added into the OWL-S model to describe time-attribute, establish the mapping rules and transformation method from OWL-S process model to ETPN, and the available time relation matrix is proposed to verify time constraints consistency based on the ETPN theory, it can help to remove the plan of service composition has time conflict and avoid the waste of Web Service resource.
