A sustainable supply chain (SSC) is vital for company’s sustainability success, so it is imperative to identify and prioritize SSC’s design requirements (DRs) for better SSC planning. For customer-centric markets, the customer requirements (CRs) need to be integrated into SSC’s DRs. This paper thus proposes a customer-centric approach based on Analytic Network Process (ANP), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), and Pythagorean Fuzzy Set (PFS) to rank SSC’s DRs, considering CRs and information ambiguity. The PFS is combined with ANP, QFD, and GRA to better handle uncertainty in the SSC. The Pythagorean fuzzy ANP is applied to analyze the correlations among the sustainable CRs and determine the corresponding weights. The sustainable CRs are transformed into the DRs using the Pythagorean fuzzy QFD. The relationships among the resulting DRs are analyzed through Pythagorean fuzzy GRA to prioritize DRs. The approach is validated through a case study. The results obtained in this paper shows that the proposed method is efficient to prioritize DRs of SSC with the consideration of sustainable CRs under uncertain environment. The novelties of proposed method are that it not only offers a customer-oriented SSC planning method through the integration of ANP, QFD and GRA, but also can reflect the uncertain information with a broader membership representation space via PFSs. Based on the proposed method, the decision-maker can conduct comprehensive analysis to prioritize DRs and design appropriate SSC to fulfill CRs under uncertain environment.

Madu telah dikenal sebagai salah satu bahan makanan atau minuman yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam kehidupan dan kesehatan. Namun tidak semua madu yang kita konsumsi bermanfaat untuk kesehatan, karena keaslian dan kualitas madu juga sangat berpengaruh. Faktanya madu yang di pasarkan dengan harga yang sama tidak menutut kemungkinan kualitasnya berbeda, sementara masyarakat belum bisa membedakan madu yang benar-benar asli tanpa adanya campuran. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan madu asli adalah Fuzzy ANP. Dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat menentukan madu yang benar-benar asli tanpa adanya campuran. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berbentuk perankingan dengan hasil madu bunga adalah madu yang benar-benar asli tanpa adanya campuran yang ada di Kabupaten Sumenep.

To address this research possibility, the present empirical study undertakes the assessment of usable-security of healthcare software system. The attributes considered for the assessment are: four factors at first level; thirteen sub-factors at the second level with six Hospital Management Software Systems (HMSS) as alternatives. Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (F-ANP) has been applied for evaluating the weights of the attributes and their relationship with one other. Finally, fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (F-TOPSIS) technique has been applied and alternatives ranking has been estimated. Results of the study conclude that HMSS-1 provides better usable–security. Furthermore, as analysed, F-TOPSIS produced more convincing results in assessing the usable-security of the HMSS. This research analysis also corroborates that when compared with the Classical ANP TOPSIS, the Fuzzy-ANP TOPSIS is the ideal methodology for producing accurate results.

With the revolution in Internet and digital technology, every organization is adopting digital things to carry out their day-to-day activities. Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that is used to connect various devices over the Internet to increase the production and quality of service, deliver a huge amount of data in seconds, and automate the processes. IoT implementation in the health sector has changed the typical setup into smart and intelligent setup. With the “smart” and “Intelligent” abilities of IoT devices such as sensors and with the collaboration of humans and computers, physical processes can be monitored and, based on the received data, optimal decisions can ultimately be taken. IoT applications in healthcare will increase flexibility, patient’s care, quality of health, and control of diseases. As the IoT combines various heterogeneous devices and the inappropriate determination of the degree of characteristics for Internet of healthcare (IoH) devices may affect the efficiency of services, this research is carried out with the use of decision support system and application of fuzzy analytic network process (fuzzy ANP) was used for optimal determination of the degree of characteristics for IoH devices based on unique properties which would greatly increase the efficiency of industry. The experimental results are efficient and show the usefulness of the approach.

Recently, there is a rising concern among researchers regarding the issue of sustainable criteria for quality of life (QoL). As it gains more interest, the issue becomes highly debated worldwide especially with regards to the national park community area. The aim of this study is to assess the identified sustainable criteria for QoL, particularly for the surrounding community of Ledang National Park (LNP) using the fuzzy Analytical Network Process (ANP). The fuzzy ANP was employed based on graded mean integration of representation and canonical representation of multiple operations to derive both local and global weights. To show the feasibility of the proposed method, three decision makers (DMs) were identified from the relevant agencies to assess three main criteria using linguistic evaluation via pairwise comparison process. In addition, nine sub-criteria were also investigated and analysed thoroughly using six steps of the fuzzy ANP towards achieving the sustainable criteria for QoL assessment. Based on the numerical analysis, it was found that the sub-criterion health(c32) has the highest global weight with a score of 0.184, which indicates that this sub-criterion is the biggest contributor to achieve the sustainability of QoL. The results also revealed the overall total score of 73.14%, thus placing LNP in the ‘moderately sustainable’ category. In the future, the entire investigated sub-criteria are suggested to be maintained and used to measure the sustainability of QoL. The findings from this study can be used to guide and assist the relevant authorities for future development planning in studied areas.
