The article is devoted to the research analysis of the current patterns of development of the domestic stock market. An assessment of the dynamics of the stock market volumes is given. The trends in the movement of the market value of shares of Russian companies and the influence of factors on this process are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of the stock market in Russia and the USA is carried out. We also raised the issue of the development of economic relations in Russia characterized by the creation of an effective and transparent mechanism for the formation and distribution of financial resources between economic entities in accordance with market rules and laws. One of these generating and redistributing channels should be the securities market, as an integral part of ensuring the integrity and functioning of all elements of the economic system of the state. In conclusion, it was concluded that the main goal of the Russian market is its transformation into a productive mechanism for reducing the uncertainty of financial activity, which is based on the implementation of an appropriate active state policy

The article is devoted to the research analysis of current patterns in the methodology of cost management at the enterprise. Modern methods of production cost management are analyzed. Methods that take into account the influence of the internal and external environment on production costs are determined. It is established that each method used autonomously does not solve the entire complex of management tasks. Therefore, the improvement of cost management methods should be based on the synthesis of a new method that includes the advantages of existing cost methods and eliminates their disadvantages

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Mitra Bukalapak in increasing customer satisfaction. In this study, the researcher uses a qualitative approach, which aims to find out what strategies are used by Bukalapak's internal partners to increase Customer Satisfaction. The data used for this research are primary data and secondary data. The results of the research analysis using in-depth interviews with the internal parties of Bukalapak Partners and Bukalapak Partners as triangulators where they transact using the Bukalapak Partner application as a place to transact. The segment of Mitra Bukalapak is for all levels, where the initial target is the klontong shop and the product positioning offered is virtual and wholesale products. From the 7P marketing mix implemented by Bukalapak Partners internally, there are several strategies that still need to be addressed, one of which is the price strategy because the price is still a sensitive issue, especially for buyers who are price-sensitive. However, there are also strategies that have been created and implemented that can accepted by Bukalapak Partners.

We provide the first comprehensive analysis of the properties of investment recommendations generated by “Robo-Analysts,” which are human-analyst-assisted computer programs conducting automated research analysis. Our results indicate that Robo-Analyst recommendations differ from those produced by traditional “human” research analysts across several important dimensions. First, Robo-Analysts produce a more balanced distribution of buy, hold, and sell recommendations than do human analysts and are less likely to recommend “glamour” stocks and firms with prospective investment banking business. Second, automation allows Robo-Analysts to revise their recommendations more frequently than human analysts and incorporate information from complex periodic filings. Third, while Robo-Analysts’ recommendations exhibit weak short-window return reactions, they have long-term investment value. Specifically, portfolios formed based on the buy recommendations of Robo-Analysts significantly outperform those of human analysts. Overall, our results suggest that automation in the sell-side research industry can benefit investors.

Abstract Utilizing γ-graphyne-1 nanotubes (GyNTs) in the Tunneling Field Effect Transistors (TFETs) suppresses ambipolarity and enhances subthreshold swing (SS) of TFETs which is because of large energy band gap and high electron effective mass of GyNTs. In this research analysis of structural, electronic and thermoelectric properties of γ-graphyne-1 family under the deformation potential (DP) approach reveals that electron-phonon mean free path (MFP) of an Armchair GyNT (3AGyNT) and Zigzag GyNT (2ZGyNT) are 45 and 290 nm, respectively. Therefore, ballistic transport of sub 10 nm 3AGyNT-TFETs and 2ZGyNT-TFETs in different channel lengths are investigated utilizing Non-Equilibrium Green’s Function (NEGF) formalism in the DFTB platform. Ultrahigh Current Ratio (OOCR) value of 1.6 x 1010 at VDD = 0.2 V and very low point SS of 5 mV/dec are belonged to the 3AGyNT-TFET with channel length of 9.6 nm. 2ZGyNT-TFETs shows higher on-state current and SS as well as lower OOCR than those of 3AGyNT-TFETs. A linear relationship between channel length and logarithmic off-state current is reported that is consistent with WKB approximation. The obtained results along with the ultralow power consumption of the suggested GyNT-TFETs, make them as replacement of digital silicon MOSFETs in the next generation nanoelectronic devices.

This study aims to analyze the STEM approach in learning to strengthen the scientific literacy of students. The method used in this research is qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely literature studies. The data collection method is by reading, identifying, and analyzing, then categorizing, classifying, and describing. In this research, the study of relevant journals, articles, are used to find out how to increase students’ science literacy by using STEM in elementary schools.   Based on the results of research, the literature study states that the use of STEM-based learning effectively improves the student's science literacy.  The results of the research analysis showed that the results of the pretest scores of students had low concept understanding in the experimental class and the control class. After being given treatment, the results of the posttest scores showed a significant increase in the experimental class

Poverty is much experienced by disabled people and vice versa. Having less or even no chance to public access has caused the feeling of uncertainty and social unworthiness.  Social insecurity triggers anxiety about everything, and mostly about people’s self-confidence to create a relationship with others. Of Mice and Men represents society’s bad treatment for two disabled characters. The paralyzed condition, which is also worsened by their low-financial status, makes the two characters have some problems in adapting themselves to society. This paper aims to discuss kinds of social insecurity constituted at the intersection of disabilities and poverty using qualitative research analysis and descriptive methods. Intersectionality theory helps this paper to see and understand how oppression is formed because of people’s multiple identities. The result of this paper showed that the multiple identities of disabled people become barriers that give them the feeling of insecure to build relations with others and improve their life.
