Glasses of the three-component system Li2O-K2O-GeO2 were studied by Raman spectroscopy. Peak-fitting of spectra on constituent lines is performed and the basic structural units formed in the system are determined. The conditions for the appearance of highly coordinated germanium atoms are determined, and non-statistical distribution of modifier cations in the studied glasses is found. It is shown that substitution of the lithium cations by potassium cations, firstly, results in a change of the coordination number of Ge atoms, and then a rupture of the Ge–O–Ge bonds with the formation of non-bridging oxygen atoms.

Методом химического нанесения из растворов галогенидхалькогенидных стекол в н-бутиламине получены многокомпонентные галогенидхалькогенидные пленки CuI-PbI2-As2Se3, CuI-AgI-As2Se3, PbI2-AgI-As2Se3 и изучены электродные свойства стекол и пленок. Установлено, что электродные свойства галогенидхалькогенидных стекол и пленок аналогичного состава практически не отличаются. Схожесть электродных характеристик галогенидхалькогенидных стекол и пленок объясняется сохранением полимерной структуры стекол при их растворении в н-бутиламине и нанесении пленок из раствора. Multicomponent halidechalcogenide films CuI-PbI2-As2Se3, CuI-AgI-As2Se3, PbI2-AgI-As2Se3 were synthesized from the solutions of halogenhalcogenide glasses in n-butylamine and the electrode properties of glasses and films were studied. It has been established that the electrode properties of halogenidechalcogenide glasses and films of similar composition are practically the same. The similarity of the electrode characteristics of halogenidechalcogenide glasses and films is explained by the preservation of the polymeric structure of glasses when they are dissolved in n- butylamine and the films are applied from the solution.
