【Objective】To ensure that each analysis step is in the monitoring state. The quality control chart is used to control the process of soil organic carbon content determination, and the reasons for drifting or exceeding the allowable value of the result data can be found out in time.【Method】The content of soil organic carbon in quality control samples was determined by instrumental analysis, and the quality control chart was drawn based on the determination data in Excel 2007, which was used for the quality control of the soil organic carbon content determination process.【Result】The control line of the mean control chart was 41.94% ~ 40.51%, and the warning limit was 41. 70% ~ 41. 74%. The control line range of the range control chart is 0.00% ~ 2.75%, and the warning limit is 0.00% ~ 2. 12%.【Conclusion】The quality control chart method is simple to operate,easy to master, and can timely find the abnormal points or abnormal trends of data, which has high application value in test analysis, and can ensure the accuracy of laboratory test results.

Mining in general has become essential industry sector for the sustaining growth of any developing country. In India iron ore mining is mainly mechanised and well developed industry sector, using highly mechanised equipments and technology for excavation and processing of mined iron ore. It is due to this reason iron ore mining seen as a one of the major sector responsible for workplace occupational health hazard particularly for noise related health impacts on workers health. The objective of this study was to ascertain the job specific noise exposure among the Similar Exposure Groups (SEGs). Total 133 personal noise dosimeter samples were collected from different job category and working areas of iron ore mining and processing sector. It was observed that the participated workers in the crushing area were exposed to 81.64 dB (A), Heavy Earth Moving Machineries (HEMM) operators 86.10 dB (A), loading plant workers 83.76 dB (A), screening plant workers 87.62 dB (A) and mines operation and workshop workers 84.92 dB (A). During the study specifically HEMM operators were highly exposed to workplace noise, with 46% samples exceeding warning limit and 18% exceeding danger limit prescribed by Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), Government of India. It was felt necessary to augment the awareness and safety training to the workers for proper implementation of preventive measure for workplace noise exposure.

City underground engineering construction has the following characteristics: scattered construction sites, complex participants, massive data, delayed analysis of on-site information and early warning, limit range of risk evaluation and suggestion from experts, etc. in order to implement the safety and risk management system of Ji’nan underground engineering, improve the efficiency of safety monitoring and management, flatten the hierarchy of risk monitoring and management, there is an urgent need to establish the underground engineering safety and risk monitoring and management information system of Ji’nan. It will work as an important implement for Ji’nan’s underground engineering daily management and emergent decision-making.

Based on the Jiujiang Bridge Structural Health Monitoring System, lots of data of cable tension and temperature have been acquired. The preliminary analysis of the cable tension and the corresponding temperature shows that there is a long-term growth trend for the cable tension, and exists a certain correlation between the cable tension and the temperature. Using linear fitting method, the growth trend term of the cable tension and the correlation between the cable tension and the temperature of the typical cable are analyzed rationally. By getting rid of the long-term growth trend term and the influence of temperature for the cable tension, the early warning limit of the cable tension state evaluation is determined.

It had been a key point and a tough work to verify the warning limit of urban housing market for those who research the housing market. The warning limit of domestic housing market was based on the change rate of its own indicator. It deviated from the changing trend, and diverged from the real feeling of our people. This research adopted systematized method and signal light system, and Taichung City was selected for a case study. The research result showed that it was practicable to apply the systematized method to researching warning limit of urban housing market. Therefore, it was suggested that the systematized method should be used as an auxiliary method on researching the warning limit of urban housing market so that the early warning function of urban housing market could be perfect.
