We consider the problem of remote estimation with time delay and multiplicative noise for multichannel systems. First, we apply the reorganized innovation analysis approach to construct the original delay system into a new delay-free system. Secondly, the delay-free system will be reconstructed by the quadratic filtering method to obtain an augmented system. Then, Kalman filtering theory and projection formula are used to solve two Riccati equations and one Lyapunov equation for the augmented system, and the quadratic filter for the measurement delay system on the packet loss network can be obtained. Finally, we use a numerical example to illustrate the effectiveness of the method.

This paper addresses the state estimation problem for stochastic systems with unknown measurement disturbances whose any prior information is unknown and measurement delay resulting from the inherent limited bandwidth. For such complex systems, the Kalman-like one-step predictor independent of unknown measurement disturbances is designed based on the linear unbiased minimum variance criterion and the reorganized innovation analysis approach. One simulation example shows the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Optimal fixed-point smoothing problem for the descriptor systems with multiplicative noises is considered, where instantaneous and delayed observations are available. Standard singular value decomposition is used to give the restricted equivalent delayed system, where the observations also include two different types of measurements. Reorganized innovation lemma and projection theorem are used to give the fixed-point smoother for the restricted equivalent delayed system. The fixed-point smoother is given in terms of recursive Riccati equations.
