The aim: To demonstrate the limitations of pharmacological (chemical) therapy and the atomistic paradigm of science (in particular medicine) on the methodological basis of modern interdisciplinary directions (the theory of dissipative structures, chaos, autopoiesis), quantum mechanics, as well as the basic patterns of oriental medicine. Materials and methods: The principles used in the article include self-organization, emergence, quantum mechanics (the Heisenberg uncertainty principle), the principle of consistency; principles of using coherent millimeter waves of low power, etc. Theoretical methods of analysis and synthesis, idealization, abstraction, induction and deduction are also used. Сonclusions: The concept of “integrable system” is equivalent to the concept of “integral quantum-mechanical system”; Integral quantum-mechanical systems (nuclei, atoms, molecules, living objects) in the ground state are described by periodic wave functions of the type exp (jwt); The traditional paradigm, for the most part, eliminates the qualitative difference between living and dead matter; Any living system functioning as a whole is simultaneously a macroscopic quantum-mechanical object and a millimeter-wave laser.

In this paper, we define the quantum windowed Fourier transform and study some of its properties, then we develop two useful operations called quantum convolution and `integral'. Quantum `integral' allows us to implement the integral transforms quantum-mechanically with a certain probability, including general wavelet kernel transforms. Furthermore, we propose an improved wavelet kernel transform for quantum computation.

Abstract We will construct the Lusztig form for the quantum loop algebra of $\mathfrak {gl}_{n}$ by proving the conjecture [4, 3.8.6] and establish partially the Schur–Weyl duality at the integral level in this case. We will also investigate the integral form of the modified quantum affine $\mathfrak {gl}_{n}$ by introducing an affine stabilisation property and will lift the canonical bases from affine quantum Schur algebras to a canonical basis for this integral form. As an application of our theory, we will also discuss the integral form of the modified extended quantum affine $\mathfrak {sl}_{n}$ and construct its canonical basis to provide an alternative algebra structure related to a conjecture of Lusztig in [29, §9.3], which has been already proved in [34].

In the framework of this work an overview of the theory of mesoscopic systems is made. The main effects of mesoscopic systems are noted. It is determined that the macroscopic characteristics of the system are significantly fluctuating within the mesoscopic level. The basic indicators of coherence of the quantum phase are determined and the mechanisms of influence are outlined. Six effects of mesoscopic systems are characterized with detailed justification. The theory of mesoscopic systems is based on the following mesoscopic effects: the Aaronov-Bohm effect; the effect of the integral quantum output; fractional quantum Hall effect; universal fluctuations of conduction; quantum conductivity quantum dot contact; DC currents in mesoscopic rings.Prospects for further developments in this area of research are based on a detailed study of mesoscopic effects based on the growing tendency for the production and research of materials containing the smallest structures and have low-dimensional features, which leads to the mesoscopic regime.
