В данной работе пересматривается процесс лазерной сварки для соединения стали 18ГСА (DH36) с алюминиевым сплавом 5083 (AA5083) из конфигурации нахлесточного соединения в тавровое, используя уже имеющиеся исследования. In this paper, the laser welding process for joining steel 18GSA (DH36) with aluminum alloy 5083 (AA5083) from the configuration of lap joint to T-joint is reviewed using existing studies. Pre-treatment of materials before welding is also considered.

AbstractThe colours of metals have attracted the attention of humanity since ancient times, and coloured metals, in particular gold compounds, have been employed for tools and objects symbolizing the aesthetics of power. In this work, we develop a comprehensive framework to obtain the reflectivity and colour of metals, and show that the trends in optical properties and the colours can be predicted by straightforward first-principles techniques based on standard approximations. We apply this to predict reflectivity and colour of several elemental metals and of different types of metallic compounds (intermetallics, solid solutions and heterogeneous alloys), considering mainly binary alloys based on noble metals. We validate the numerical approach through an extensive comparison with experimental data and the photorealistic rendering of known coloured metals.

The new expressions for the activity coefficients of dissolving phase and for calibration curves i=f(С) are presented as the result of development of previous studies of an anode dissolution process of heterogeneous alloys at the conditions of local voltammetry.

The study of microstructures and nanostructures of RCoCuFeZr (R=Sm, Gd) heterogeneous alloys at different stages of the thermal treatments were carried out. All samples in high coercivity condition consist of three types of micro-sized areas with different chemical composition 1:5 (A), 2:17 (B) and Zr-rich (C). In the process of heat treatment, the alloys pass through several stages of formation of nanostructures: from homogeneous (after high-temperature annealing) to a “cellular” structure (after aging at 800°C). The two main structural components A and B have similar nanostructure and the difference in their micromagnetic characteristics is determined by the chemical composition of the phases of the “cellular” structure.
