Due to the large volume and high running density of railway freight lines, rail deterioration occur frequently. Thus, it is necessary to grind the rail in time to improve the wheel-rail relationship. The profile data of the worn rail were measured at different measuring points in a section, and the Frechet distance method was adopted to analyze the data. The representative profile reflecting the overall condition of rail wear in this section is obtained. Combined with NURBS curve theory, a fitting algorithm in which the rail profile with certain discrete points was established. Taking the reduction of the amount of grinding material removed as the objective function, setting wheel-rail matching characteristics, and the reduction of rail wear as the constraint conditions, a calculation model for rail grinding profile was established. The dynamic characteristics of standard profile CN75 and g grinding profile OP75 were analyzed by the vehicle track dynamics model. The results showed that compared with the standard profile CN75, the amount of grinding material removed of the grinding profile OP75 is reduced by 44.7%, and the height reduction of the rail top is reduced by 0.39 mm. After [Formula: see text] km of running, the wear amounts of grinding profile OP75 is about 36.1%–36.5% less than that of standard profile CN75.In the small curve section, the derailment coefficient of grinding profile OP75 is reduced by 11.7% compared with that of standard profile CN75. The dynamic performance is improved. The grinding target profile has better dynamic characteristics and is beneficial to reduce wheel-rail wear.

AbstractAn accurate, spherically symmetric description of the mass distribution is presented for two quite virialized galaxy clusters, Abell 1689 and Abell 1835. A suitable regularization of the small eigenvalues of the covariance matrices is introduced. A stretched exponential profile is assumed for the brightest cluster galaxy. A similar stretched exponential for the dark matter and halo galaxies combined, functions well, as do thermal fermions for the dark matter and a standard profile for the halo galaxies. To discriminate between them, sensitive tests have been identified and applied. A definite verdict can follow from sharp data near the cluster centers and beyond 1 Mpc.

The article is devoted to the typology of the main variants of video lectures (https://vimeo.com/showcase/6184718), which differ in didactic value and laboriousness of creation. For each option of video lectures, the key conditions for effective formation and use are determined. Particular attention is paid to the optimization of hardware for the creation of various options for video lectures in full-time and distance learning. As a basic option, a video recording of a PowerPoint presentation with speech and graphic comments on the slides is considered. The screen (electronic board) videorecording on the left with the lecturer in profile, named ad standard profile version, is recommended for use when there is a shortage of space in the classroom. In the presence of a video camera with optics that ensure the preservation of the detail of images of visual materials, the preferred option for video lecture is a standard frontal one, filmed from the far end of the audience. Didactically optimized editing of video lectures allows you to combine high-quality recording of visual materials of the basic version with mediocre video recordings of the teacher's actions. Integrative versions of video lectures are created by overlaying the video recording of the teacher's actions over a specially designated invariant place in the design of the slides of the basic version of the video lecture. The options for adapting the design of PowerPoint presentations to form a basic and integrative version of video lectures are proposed. The highest ratio of "didactic quality / labor costs" is achieved when creating integrative video lectures directly in the process of face-to-face and distance teaching.

BACKGROUND Referral linkages are crucial for efficient functioning of Primary Health Care (PHC) systems. Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR) is an open global standard that facilitates structuring health information for coordinated exchange amongst stakeholders. OBJECTIVE The objective of this study is to profile, present methodology and the profiled FHIR resource for Maternal and Child Health (MNCH) referral use case in a typical Low-and-Middle-Income-Country (LMIC). METHODS Practicing doctors, midwives, and nurses were interviewed, and different referral forms reviewed. In this study, we have introduced the FHIR and its relation to the WHO International Classification for Disease (ICD). The union of datasets were aggregated and mapped to base patient FHIR resource elements, and extensions were created for datasets not in the core FHIR specification. RESULTS We found that there were many different data elements from the referral forms and interview responses. The resulting FHIR standard profile is published on GitHub for adaptation or adoption as necessary. Understanding datasets used in healthcare and clinical practice for information sharing is crucial in properly standardizing information sharing particularly as the world manage COVID-19 and other infectious diseases. This methodology and profiled dataset can be used by development organizations, and governments to fast-track FHIR standards adoption for paper and electronic information sharing at PHCs in LMICs. CONCLUSIONS We presented our methodology for profiling the referral resource crucial for the standardized exchange of new and expectant moms’ information. Using data from frontline providers and mapped to the FHIR profile helped contextualize the standardized profile.
