The article is devoted to preserving the historical memory of the civil war in Russia. The author shows the growing interest in the subject of historical memory in recent decades. The memory of the events of the civil war is very uneven. The memory of those who were defeated, but did not go into exile, is almost unclaimed. This situation gives a distorted picture of the events of 1917-1922 in the modern mass consciousness. The author draws attention to the peculiarities of local memory of the events of the civil war and evaluates the research opportunities for the demand for memory of events of a century ago.

The author’s aim is to study the creation and reformation of the Soviet system of healthcare in the Eastern Siberia in the 1920s. The study begins with the development of Siberia from the administration of Admiral A. V. Kolchak when the Soviet government began to form its own system of region management. The Soviet medical leadership was intended to create a unified healthcare system which involved the unification of all medical organizations subordinated to various departments. Military actions did not allow to merge military and civil medical institutions

The article examines the problems of Poland to recognize the western border by the FRG and establish diplomatic relations between the states in the post-war period. It is concluded that it was the reluctance of the federal government to recognize the Polish German border along the Oder-Neisse that created difficulties on the path of political cooperation between Poland and the FRG.

The article examines the «birth», construction and deconstruction of the artistic film image of the Soviet-Polish War, it conceptualizes various intellectual projects of the Soviet study and understanding of military operations in the chronological framework of the events of 1919-1921. Two films «P. K. P.» and «The First Horse» are analyzed. The process of transformation and subsequent social oblivion of the propaganda discourse of this military confrontation are considered.
