This review presents the recent advances in synthetic strategies, characterisation, and computations of carbon-based single-atom catalysts, as well as their innovative applications and mechanisms in advanced oxidation technologies.
Single-atom catalysts (SACs) have shown great potential in electrochemical reaction. In this review, the latest progress and optimization strategies for carbon-based SACs for electrochemical CO2 electroreduction have been summarized and discussed.
