The analysis of the methods of hot repair of areas of advanced wear of the working lining of converters has been performed. A method for assessing the quality of a self-flowing magnesian fermentation mass on a rotary-type laboratory furnace has been developed. A repair mass of the brand GIR-RB-X has been developed, based on secondary raw materials, which allows to effectively restore the areas of the refractory lining of the converter, which are subject to advanced wear. Industrial tests of a self-flowing magnesian repair mass on the linings of heavy-duty converters were conducted under the conditions of PJSC DMK and PJSC «MK «Azovstal». The company GIRENGINEERING Ltd organized mass production of the mass of the brand GIR-RB-X in PJSC KrOZ. Ill. 6. Ref. 11. Tab. 1.

Abstract We question Baumard's underlying assumption that humans have a propensity to innovate. Affordable transportation and energy underpinned the Industrial Revolution, making mass production/consumption possible. Although we cannot accept Baumard's thesis on the Industrial Revolution, it may help explain why complexity and innovation increase rapidly in the context of abundant energy.

The cases treated include radiative transitions between bound states in the 2p4and 2s2p5configurations of many ions in the oxygen isoelectronic sequence, the photoionisation of the ground state of neutral iron, the electron impact excitation of the fine-structure forbidden transitions within the 3p3ground configuration of CℓIII, Ar IV and K V, and the mass-production of radiative data for ions in the oxygen and fluorine isoelectronic sequences, as part of the international Opacity Project.

IntroductionSeveral methods of mounting emulsion for radioautography at the electron microscopic level have been reported. From the viewpoint of quantitative radioautography, however, there are many critical problems in the procedure to produce radioautographs. For example, it is necessary to apply and develop emulsions in several experimental groups under an identical condition. Moreover, it is necessary to treat a lot of grids at the same time in the dark room for statistical analysis. Since the complicated process and technical difficulties in these procedures are inadequate to conduct a quantitative analysis of many radioautographs at once, many factors may bring about unexpected results. In order to improve these complicated procedures, a simplified dropping method for mass production of radioautographs under an identical condition was previously reported. However, this procedure was not completely satisfactory from the viewpoint of emulsion homogeneity. This paper reports another improved procedure employing wire loops.

Abstract: More than 90% of herbal products and herbal medicines have been derived from higher plants recently, but due to independent circumstances, several photosynthetic microalgal species are in focus in this point of view. In the last 50 years, many carbohydrate-, peptide-, terpenoid-, alkaloid- and phenol-type components were described from algae because of the developing structural determination and analytical methods, algae mass production and also artificial algae technologies. At the same time, based partly on traditional causes and partly on the clinical and preclinical data of today, some dried products of algae are directly used as food supplements. Hereinafter, the historical background, economic significance and metabolic background of the mostly used microalgal species will be reviewed. The diverse metabolite production of these organisms will be demonstrated by some molecules with special bioactivity. Several preclinical and clinical studies will be described relating to the microalgal species Spirulina sp., Chlorella sp., Haematococcus sp. and Dunaliella sp. Orv Hetil. 2018; 159(18): 703–708.
