We propose a new approach to an automatic source code generator for the AUTOSAR-based vehicular software. The growing number of electrics/electronics software in vehicle systems makes more and more necessary the increasing demands. For example, it needs the essential requirements such as ensuring reliability, low production cost, coping with limited resources, and so on. Recently, there have been relative studies that point to this issue. An AUTOSAR development partnership is such a case. AUTOSAR is a standardized automotive software architecture which is an alliance of OEM and supplier. Now, the focus is mainly directed at a source code generator that deals with the AUTOSAR standard concept. In this paper, we present a novel source code generator which is based on the AUTOSAR software platform. The experimental process is presented to functionally verify the module, and structurally verify the generated source code.

In order to solve the problem that vehicle diagnostic system is of bad uniformity and versatility, which due to the different vehicle diagnostic system communication protocols developed by the different vehicle OEMs according to their own needs, this paper proposes a design method of vehicle CAN bus diagnostic communication module based on AUTOSAR standard. This module follow the AUTOSAR standard and it can be implemented in accordance with the international standard ISO 15765. The results of the test show that when this module is applied to some car dashboard, it can satisfy the needs of the vehicle diagnostic communication system, and it is of good standardization, versatility and portability.

Chinese carmaker is short of the ability of designing CAN\LIN network, a method of designing the vehicle body CAN-BUS and LIN-BUS network is introduced based on the AUTOSAR standard. A typical topology is designed and three transmitting type of CAN message is defined. A design method of Network Management PDU Structure is given. At the end, the method is verified by CANoe software and physical simulation.
