Despite key advances in healthcare informatics and management, little progress to address supply chain process-related problems has been made to date. Specifically, key healthcare supply chain processes include product recalls, monitoring of product supply shortages, expiration, and counterfeits. Implementing and executing these processes in a trusted, secure, efficient, globally accessible and traceable manner is challenging due to the fragmented nature of the healthcare supply chain, which is prone to systemic errors and redundant efforts that may compromise patient safety and impact health outcomes adversely. Blockchain, combined with the Internet of things (IoT), is an emerging technology that can offer a practical solution to these challenges. Accordingly, IoT blockchain offers a superior way to track and trace products via a peer-to-peer distributed, secure, and shared ledger of the blockchain network. This article highlights key challenges related to healthcare supply chains, and illustrates how IoT blockchain technologies can play a role in overcoming these challenges now and in the near future.

Subject IoT ecosystem. Significance The market for the Internet of Things (IoT) or connected devices is expanding rapidly, with no manufacturer currently forecast to dominate the supply chain. This has fragmented the emerging IoT ecosystem, triggering questions about interoperability and cybersecurity of IoT devices. Impacts Firms in manufacturing, transportation and logistics and utilities are expected to see the highest IoT spending in coming years. The pace of IoT adoption is inextricably linked to that of related technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence and cloud computing. Data privacy and security will be the greatest constraint to IoT adoption.

With the development of economic globalization, the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. Therefore, companies need close information sharing to realize the integration of supply chain. This article aims to study the collaborative management and information sharing mechanism of supply chain inventory based on cloud computing and 5G Internet of Things. This article first introduces the theory and methods of collaborative supply chain management and the information exchange mechanism and then discusses the problem of information sharing in the supply chain, that is, the bullwhip phenomenon, and then from the demand forecast, supply chain structure, time lag, and shortage game, six aspects are analyzed. The cause of the bullwhip phenomenon is analyzed. Secondly, this article proposes a quantitative analysis of the bullwhip effect, establishes a mathematical model of the bullwhip effect in the supply chain, and uses quantitative analysis to analyze the value of information sharing in the supply chain. Finally, this article uses cloud computing technology to build a supply chain information collaboration system architecture and uses EPC Internet of Things to build a supply chain information sharing model and describes the entire operation process of the supply chain. The experimental results of this paper show that the application of cloud computing technology to supply chain management establishes a system platform for supply chain information sharing, improves the overall operational efficiency of supply chain management, and realizes supply chain information sharing and business collaboration. In addition, the operating costs and risks of each node enterprise in the supply chain are reduced by 12% compared with the nonsharing situation, which also shows that the overall benefits of the supply chain have been correspondingly improved and market competitiveness has been enhanced.

Abstract: The Supply Chain has undergone major transformations due to the need to implement new Industry 4.0 technologies, such as Internet of Things, Big Data, Cyber-Physical Systems and Cloud Computing. Thanks to these technologies, as well as to their subsystems and components, full integration of the supply chain is becoming possible. However, it is observed that the real impacts of Industry 4.0 technologies, rather positive or negative, are not yet totally clear and identified. This paper aims to identify and present an analysis of the challenges and obstacles that Industry 4.0 technologies may cause in the Supply Chain. For this, the most relevant papers on the topic were selected and analyzed through a systematic literature review. Twenty challenges grouped into four macrogroups were identified: (1) technical challenges, (2) financial, environmental and legal challenges, (3) technological challenges, and (4) sociocultural challenges. It should be noted that these challenges require greater attention and more in-depth studies on the part of the academy to support industry in order to mitigate them and thus allow better use of the available technological resources and optimize the performance of Supply Chain operations.

Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) refers to the extension of the Internet of Things and It is used for industrial purposes such as manufacturing, supply chain.IIoT can be connected with billions of industrial devices and machines that supported machine learning and big data technology. Because of its potential to authorize faster and better decision making, the IIoT becomes essential for supply chain processes. The IIoT is set to revolutionize the supply chain with both operational efficiencies and revenue opportunities made possible with just this type of transparency. This study attempts to fill this gap by developing a conceptual framework for predicting the advantage of the IIoT and supply chain performance. This chapter synthesizes existing literature reviews and making bibliometric analysis on the IIoT and supply chain. Additionally, It also outlines avenues and opportunities for future research aiming at the contribution of the IIoT to Supply Chain processes.

Kata kunci— sistem penjualan, incremental, Internet of Things (IoT), produk pertanian, Kabupaten Bogor Abstract Internet of things (IoT) is a concept that connects computers and electronic devices via the internet and can be controlled remotely. The main concept in Internet of things (IoT) is information systems, internet connections and data storage in cloud computing. This concept has great benefits in the efforts and efforts used to use IoT to be able to compete in the market. Indonesia is a country that is blessed with abundant natural resources. One of the leading commodities is agricultural products. This study aims to help farmers market their products through e-commerce using the IoT Internet of things concept. Research method using incremental method. Incremental to design the product, then implemented, and gradually delay (each module will be added gradually) until the product is finished. The results of this study are to help farmers in Bogor Regency to distribute sales widely, increase revenue and break the sales process. Keywords—sales system, incremental, Internet of Things (IoT), agricultural products, Kabupaten Bogor
