In this paper, based on the concept of interference temperature and shadowing-price, we proposed a shadowing-price based non-cooperation game power control algorithm. The algorithm can be implemented distributed and obtain the optimal system performance as the centralized power control algorithm, it also maintains the interference to primary users below a certain threshold.
