Authentication is a suitable form of restricting the network from different types of attacks, especially in case of fifth-generation telecommunication networks, especially in healthcare applications. The handover and authentication mechanism are one such type that enables mitigation of attacks in health-related services. In this paper, we model an evolutionary model that uses a fuzzy evolutionary model in maintaining the handover and key management to improve the performance of authentication in nanocore technology-based 5G networks. The model is designed in such a way that it minimizes the delays and complexity while authenticating the networks in 5G networks. The attacks are mitigated using an evolutionary model when it is trained with the relevant attack datasets, and the model is validated to mitigate the attacks. The simulation is conducted to test the efficacy of the model, and the results of simulation show that the proposed method is effective in improving the handling and authentication and mitigation against various types of attacks in mobile health applications.

The fifth generation (5G) network advancements focus to help mixed upright applications by associating heterogeneous gadgets and machines with extreme upgrades regarding high quality of administration, extended organization limit, and improved framework throughput regardless of significant difficulties like decentralization, straightforwardness, dangers of information interoperability, network protection, and security weaknesses. The challenges and limitations of other intelligent 5G intelligent internet of networks (5G IoTs) are also to be met by using blockchain technology with the integration of cloud computing and edge computing technologies. In this chapter, the authors render an elaborated analytics of the empowering of blockchain technology in intelligent networks that includes 5G networks and 5G-based IoT. The solutions for the spectrum management, data sharing, security, and privacy in 5G networks will also be analyzed. It is believed that the chapter would be useful for researchers in the field of blockchain in intelligent networks.

The objective of green networking is to minimize greenhouse gas emissions while maintaining the same level of performance. Green networking refers to all processes used to optimize networking and inter-networking functions to make it more energy efficient. Green networking concepts can be extended to cover any method that reduces latency, save bandwidth, and/or decrease computation time, as a reduction in these factors invariably leads to power savings. These savings can directly translate into lowering greenhouse gas emissions and reduce computing's carbon footprint and its impact on the environment. Energy-awareness is critical in the networking infrastructure, especially in wireless 5G networks and beyond. Research on blockchain for 5G wireless networks is still in its infancy. But it is obvious that blockchain will significantly uplift the shape and experience of future mobile applications and services. Identifying the green networking analytics will lead to sustainable energy policy planning for the future.
