To solve the problem of how to apply information technology in English education field, to realize the integration of information technology and courses and also to truly improve the study efficiency, the advanced technologies were combined with some education measurement theories and applied in computer-aided test field. In addition, a computer-aided autonomous learning system with adaptive feature was developed, which was a self-adaptive learning system of junior English. The results showed that, under the guidance of the classic test theory and the project response theory, the system was designed and developed on the basis of the “people-oriented” principle. With the increasing number of students wanting to practice, the system dynamically rewrote the relevant learning record parameters, and conducted a real-time record of the true level of ability of each different student in different knowledge points. In a word, practicing according to the actual situation, the learning system can help achieve a truly personalized learning, and meanwhile enhances the efficiency of learning.

With the rise of the khan academy in the United States in 2011 and the MOOC, which introduced the foundation and implementation of overseas research, Chinese scholars began to attach importance to the systematic study of flipped classroom. While turning the classroom has been popular in some schools in 2007, before 2011, few people pay attention to the classroom. After 2013, the research about flipped classroom is much more obvious, and the application in the specific subjects also increased, for example, mathematics, Chinese, information technology, physics, and so on, but there still have little research on English reading. In this thesis, the author tries to apply flipped classroom in English reading teaching, exploring the combination of flipped classroom and reading teaching.

the in-class flipped teaching model concentrates the teaching links of flipped class in the classroom, and completes the process of knowledge construction to internalization in class. This restructuring of teaching structure is more in line with the current education situation in China, but compared with the flipped classroom, China has less theoretical research and practical exploration of the flipped teaching model in class. Therefore, through the research on the current situation of flipped classroom teaching models at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of junior high school information technology courses, a micro-class-based in-class flipped teaching model was constructed and implemented in junior high school information technology courses. The survey results were obtained to assist related theories and practical exploration.
