In this paper, in order to solve the calculation problem of creep damage of steam turbine rotor, a real-time calculation method based on finite element model is proposed. The temperature field and stress field of the turbine rotor are calculated using finite element analysis software. The temperature data and stress data of the crucial positions are extracted. The data of temperature, pressure, rotational speed, and stress relating to creep damage calculation are normalized. A real-time creep stress calculation model is established by multiple regression method. After that, the relation between stress and damage function is analyzed and fitted, and creep damage is calculated in real-time. A creep damage real-time calculation system is constructed for practical turbine engineering. Finally, a numerical simulation experiment is designed and carried out to verify the effectiveness of this novel approach. Contributions of present work are that a practical solution for real-time creep damage prediction of steam turbine is supplied. It relates the real-time creep damage prediction to process parameters of steam turbine, and it bridges the gap between the theoretical research works and practical engineering.

Abstract Due to the excellent activity, selectivity, and stability, atomically dispersed metal catalysts with well-defined structures have attracted intensive research attention. As the extension of single-atom catalyst (SAC), double-atom catalyst (DAC) has recently emerged as a research focus. Compared with SAC, the higher metal loading, more complicated and flexible active site, easily tunable electronic structure, and the synergetic effect between two metal atoms could provide DACs with better catalytic performance for a wide range of catalytic reactions. This review aims to summarize the recent advance in theoretical research on DACs for diverse energy-related electrocatalytic reactions. It starts with a brief introduction to DACs. Then an overview of the main experimental synthesis strategies of DACs is provided. Emphatically, the catalytic performance together with the underlying mechanism of the different electrocatalytic reactions, including nitrogen reduction reaction, carbon dioxide reduction reaction, oxygen reduction reaction, and oxygen and hydrogen evolution reactions, are highlighted by discussing how the outstanding attributes mentioned above affect the reaction pathway, catalytic activity, and product selectivity. Finally, the opportunities and challenges for the development of DACs are prospected to shed fresh light on the rational design of more efficient catalysts at the atomic scale in the future.

AbstractDespite decades of theoretical research, the nature of the self-driven collective motion remains indigestible and controversial, while the phase transition process of its dynamic is a major research issue. Recent methods propose to infer the phase transition process from various artificially extracted features using machine learning. In this thesis, we propose a new order parameter by using machine learning to quantify the synchronization degree of the self-driven collective system from the perspective of the number of clusters. Furthermore, we construct a powerful model based on the graph network to determine the long-term evolution of the self-driven collective system from the initial position of the particles, without any manual features. Results show that this method has strong predictive power, and is suitable for various noises. Our method can provide reference for the research of other physical systems with local interactions.

AbstractTemporal orientation is an important aspect of human cognition which shows how an individual emphasizes past, present, and future. Theoretical research in psychology shows that one’s emotional state can influence his/her temporal orientation. We hypothesize that measuring human temporal orientation can benefit from concurrent learning of emotion. To test this hypothesis, we propose a deep learning-based multi-task framework where we concurrently learn a unified model for temporal orientation (our primary task) and emotion analysis (secondary task) using tweets. Our multi-task framework takes users’ tweets as input and produces three temporal orientation labels (past, present or future) and four emotion labels (joy, sadness, anger, or fear) with intensity values as outputs. The classified tweets are then grouped for each user to obtain the user-level temporal orientation and emotion. Finally, we investigate the associations between the users’ temporal orientation and their emotional state. Our analysis reveals that joy and anger are correlated to future orientation while sadness and fear are correlated to the past orientation.

Nowadays, urban and community resilience have become the core issues of urban theoretical research and construction practices. While there are many studies on climate change, natural hazards and environmental pollution, relatively less attention has been paid to public and human health. However, the current COVID-19 pandemic, which is a major global public health crisis, is posing severe challenges to the resilience of cities and communities in the context of high-mobility, high-density and high-intensity, as well as expands the connotation of community resilience to public health. To compensate for the lack of current research, this study examined the characteristics of community medical facilities in response to pandemics at urban, community and individual multi-spatial scales based on a thorough review of current research and relevant practice. It also emphasized the significant role played by community medical facilities in improving resilient community constructions in the face of large-scale public health emergencies. These characteristics were fully utilized to explore ways to build and govern the ‘resilience' of communities in the future, help people to survive better as well as develop in complex and changeable external environments.

Abstract Enterprises have been faced with the problem of how to optimize resource allocation in an uncertain environment by the expanding of manufacturing informatization. In the process of cloud manufacturing matching, group decision making organizations may provide uncertain preference information. However, preference information at various points have led to differing impacts of the final matching decision. it is necessary to study the dynamic two-sided matching. In this paper, the dynamic two-sided matching problem under the multi-form preference information was studied. Primarily, the problem of two-sided matching is described, then through group decision-making and uncertain preference information, an ordinal vector matrix is constructed. Afterwards, the comprehensive satisfaction matrix is calculated by using dynamic time-series weight and matching competition degree. Further, by introducing stable matching constraints, a multi-objective optimization model considering the satisfaction, fairness and stability of matching is constructed. Then the optimal matching result is obtained by solving the model. In addition, the presented method was verified through a case of cloud manufacturing. At the end, advantages of the presented model were demonstrated by comparison. Research results of this paper enrich the theoretical research of two-sided matching and provide an effective solution for cloud manufacturing matching in uncertain environments.

Abstract Background: Healthcare tourism is an emerging economy with the most potential in China's health industry before the COVID-19 pandemic. Surgical medical health tourism accounts for a large part of medical tourism services in China, which has higher requirements for quality and safety. By contrast, measurement tools and theoretical research are insufficient in China. The aim of this study was to develop a set of reliable and feasible indicators by augmenting the original Donabedian’s quality model to evaluate surgical tourism services’ quality. Methods: Literature review and focus group interview were used to generate indicators for surgical tourism services’ quality. The basic framework of the evaluation system was based on the structure-process-outcome Donabedian model. The screening and weight setting were conducted through analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and a two-round Delphi consultation with 13 panelists. Validity and reliability of experts were tested by the experts' positive coefficient, authority coefficient, and coordination coefficient. Reliability of the questionnaire was assessed by a pretest distributed within an international medical department of a public hospital in China. Results: Based on the Donabedian’s quality theory, the novel evaluation system of surgical tourism service institutions with 3 dimensions, 9 first-level items and 39 second-level items was constructed. The three dimensions consist of structure (0.315), process (0.287), and outcome (0.398), with each dimension set several indicators and each indicator given a weight. Of the two rounds of Delphi consultation, the response rates were 86.67% and 100%. The coordination coefficient of expert opinions in the two rounds of consultation were 0.49 and 0.65 (p<0.05). For the empirical study, the self-evaluation score of a public hospital was 86, which could obtain a rating of two stars. Conclusions: The established evaluation system identified three different dimensions of surgical tourism services’ quality which fit for practical healthcare improvement in safety and quality. It can reflect the access criterion of surgical tourism institutions, provide references on better choices of surgical services for tourists, and can be applied by healthcare managers and policy makers to allocate resources more efficiently and promote more surgical tourism services to international standards.

The application of criminal procedures in the investigation of organized crime in Kosovo quests a deeper empirical study and wider research of a scientific literature than ever done before. The failure of many organized crime cases throughout the courts of Kosovo and the light and acquittal sentences are real indications that the application of criminal proceedings is not being properly conveyed in practice. The data provided through the empirical research of this paper indicate that non-compliance with criminal procedures leads to a decrease in efficiency and a significant increase in organized crime cases. Through this research we aim to identify the possible factors that affect the growth of the phenomenon of crime as well as the reflection of institutions dealing with the prevention and fight against crime. According to the observation the author suspects that the starting point of criminal proceedings regardless of the degree of probability is extremely important for the fight against crime, especially the fight against modern forms characterized by a high degree of organization, professionalism, specialization and secrecy. This paper reflects the detailed theoretical research of the scientific literature by various local and foreign authors and experts who have written about criminal procedures, research and analysis of theoretical and practical data on the meaning and importance of the implementation of criminal procedures in detecting organized crime in Kosovo are of particular importance to investigators of organized crime in the future. The effectiveness of criminal procedures in detection of organized crime in Kosovo should be closely related to criminology, criminalistics and criminal policy, the implementation of criminal procedures should in principle aim to return the basis of suspicion to the highest level of suspicion. This activity starts with the appearance of the basis of suspicion or the highest form of suspicion in the form of orientation and elimination indicators. The same activity consists of criminal control and processing. The content and strategy of these activities determine their further course, as well as condition the range of rules of criminal science in a specific case based on the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as other provisions of laws and bylaws. The strategy and tactics of these activities are dictated by the type of criminal offense.

AbstractThe patterns of democracy are related to the success or failure of national governance; hence, they are a key topic in the theoretical research of political science. It is difficult to comprehend the worldwide political conflicts caused by the promotion of liberal democracy in the study of democratic models that have liberal democracy as their core. The emphasis of historical political science on the genes of civilization provides an opportunity to reinterpret the patterns of democracy. Relying on specific civilization genes, the patterns of democracy can be divided into the “value pattern”, which is shaped by historical civilization genes, and the “practice pattern”, which is based on the “value pattern”. Based on Christian concepts, Western civilization produced liberal democracy as the value pattern, and the value is inherited through the practice pattern of party democracy. Chinese civilization has continued the tradition of people-orientation and consultative practice, establishing socialist democracy in value and consultative democracy in practice. Theoretically, the analytical framework of the value pattern and the practice pattern of democracy illustrates the source of the diverse patterns of democracy, which helps demonstrate the limitations of liberal democracy and points out the possibility of developing a non-liberal democracy pattern.
