To improve the efficiency of complex treatment of patients with oral lichen planus for a new topical new pharmacological agent with silicon, and chitosan. According to the results in randomly single-center clinical study, it found that the new domestic new pharmacological agent with silicon, and chitosan effective in treatment of erosive-ulcerous form oral lichen planus. A comparative analysis of the data demonstrated that the use of pharmacological agent with silicon, and chitosan allows 2.7 increase in the rate of epithelialization of pathological cells of the mucous membranes of the mouth, and by 32.6% to stop the painful symptoms faster than using a traditional complex treatment of erosive ulcerous forms of lichen planus.
