Workload, problem management and task completion in forestry are the work entrusted to the Forestry Extension Workers. In the highly complex condition of forestry problems, Forestry Extension Workers are needed to bridge and outline the problems and to prevent the emergence of deeper, more widespread and prolonged problems. The problems served as the background for the writer to conduct the study in the thesis completion in the Master of Management Program. The problems are related to the effects of competence, compensation and career development factors of the Forestry Extension Workers working in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the performance expected to achieve the completion of forestry extension works. The data analysis used to explain the effects of competence, compensation and career development and the performance of Forestry Extension Workers was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS. Based on the estimations and t-values, it can be concluded that the exogenous variables of compensation and career development affect the endogenous latent factor of the performance of Forestry Extension workers (?), whereas competence has no effect on the performance of Forestry Extension Workers.

The development of time because of the existence of globalization led to moral degradation in children. To overcome the moral degradation of the child, it is necessary to have learning innovations in improving the quality of basic education which requires an analysis of character education using methods of observation and questionnaire by entering the results of analysis into ITP software (Development Task Inventory) and ATP (Analysis of Development Task). The existence of ITP and ATP can identify the level of development of aspects related to character education in primary school. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that many teachers did not know the level of children's character development. The article aims to: (1) educators can identify the level of students character (2) educators can design good learning based on the results of each student's character analysis. The conclusion of this study is that educators can develop children's character levels.

Hypertext systems parse documents into components connected by machine-supported links. This study investigated several usability issues relating to linking configurations in an information retrieval application. A HyperCardTM-based geography data base was used as the information domain. Linear, hierarchical, network, and combination hierarchical/network linking were of particular interest. In addition, the number of required links (two, four, or six links to reach the answer) and task type were the task variables studied. Task type refers to expert programmers' judgments as to whether a task is best suited to a hierarchical or network linking configuration. The intention was to identify the task situations under which each linking structure excels. Results indicated that users of the hierarchical linking structure performed significantly better than those using network linking (on average requiring 49 s less per task). Subjects using the combination condition performed no worse than those using the hierarchical condition, yet the combination condition provided no consistent advantages. Hence, for novice users of a system, no performance gain results from the inclusion of network links (in isolation or in combination with hierarchical).
