<em>The development of time because of the existence of globalization led to moral degradation in children. To overcome the moral degradation of the child, it is necessary to have learning innovations in improving the quality of basic education which requires an analysis of character education using methods of observation and questionnaire by entering the results of analysis into ITP software (Development Task Inventory) and  ATP (Analysis of Development Task). The existence of ITP and ATP can identify the level of development of aspects related to character education in primary school. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that many teachers did not know the level of children's character development. The article aims to: (1) educators can identify the level of students character (2) educators can design good learning based on the results of each student's character analysis. The conclusion of this study is that educators can develop children's character levels.</em>

Abstract: In many forms of bullying, a phenomenon in Indonesia increasingly lively happening, especially in education field. The concept of peace education is considered capable of being an alternative effort minimize violent acts. SD Islam Ta'allumul Huda Bumiayu is one of basic education institution focusing on the Islamic learning, mutual respect, tolerance and a sense of camaraderie in the absence of violence (Islamic Peace Education). The application of the model of Islamic peace education elementary school-based learning in the form of Islam that all activities in the school child is packed in a single education system. This research aims to find out and analyze design models of Islamic peace education in SD Islam Ta'allumul Huda Bumiayu while implementation as well as the supporting factors and constraints that exist. The approach considered suitable for this type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research obtained information that the design model of Islamic peace education applied in SD Islam Ta'allumul Huda Bumiayu is a result of the integration between education curriculum 2013 Kemdikbud with Kemenag RI packed in learning Islamic-based elementary school. Implementation of the model is carried out through three main activities, namely intracurricular, cocurricular and extracurricular activities with an example approach and conditioning as well as insightful integrative inclusive. Implementation in the form of activity planning, implementation and evaluation. As for the existing constituents include good cooperation among school with the Foundation or caregivers and surrounding communities. While the constraints faced by the inadequate quality of human resources are owned by the school and also the limitations of existing education facilities. The implementation of character education for a nation is an absolute thing that must be realized, including in Indonesia. This is because the purpose of education is to form the character of the noble human being. A nation that has qualified generation supported with their good morals will be a great nation, be upheld by other nations, and become a prosperous nation. Character development was nationally declared by Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in 2010 with the hope that the quality of Indonesian human character would increase. Over time, however, it turns out that the reality is far from the hope. Many immoral conducts are conducted by students. This indicates that the implementation of character education in Indonesia has not been entirely successful. The problem is actually not on the values of the characters that are offered, but it is on the process of conveying and transferring the character that needs to be repaired and upgraded in order to be more effective. In addition, all educators and people in general need to understand the urgency and the concept of character education in order to have clear and definite direction when implementing this character education. Therefore, there should be an effective character education as an alternative solution in dealing with problems of character education in this country. This is really needed to achieve its goal to create a good quality young people both in moral and intellectual and to achieve nation dignity. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter bagi suatu bangsa merupakan hal mutlak yang harus diwujudkan termasuk Indonesia, karena tujuan dari pendidikan karakter adalah untuk membentuk insan yang berakhlak mulia. Ketika suatu bangsa memiliki generasi yang berkualitas yakni dengan akhlak mereka yang baik, maka bangsa tersebut akan menjadi bangsa yang besar, dijunjung tinggi oleh bangsa lain, dan menjadi bangsa yang sejahtera. Pembangunan Karakter secara nasional dideklarasikan oleh Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono pada tahun 2010 dengan harapan kualitas karakter manusia Indonesia semakin meningkat. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu ternyata realita berbicara lain. Justru kini banyak terjadi tindakan amoral yang pelakunya berasal dari kalangan pelajar. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di Indonesia belum sepenuhnya berhasil. Permasalahannya bukan pada nilai-nilai karakter yang ditawarkan, akan tetapi proses menyampaikan dan mentransfer karakter itulah yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan agar dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Selain itu, setiap pendidik atau masyarakat pada umumnya perlu untuk memahami urgensi dan konsep pendidikan karakter agar pada saat mentransfer karakter tersebut telah memiliki arah yang jelas dan pasti. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pendidikan karakter yang efektif sebagai solusi alternatif dalam menghadapi permasalahan pendidikan karakter di negeri ini sehingga tujuan pendidikan karakter yang diharapkan yakni demi tercipta generasi muda yang berkualitas baik secara moral maupun intelektual serta bisa menjadi bangsa yang bermartabat dapat tercapai.

<p class="IIABSBARU1">Theoretically, one of the dominant factors that influence the development of individual character are environmental factors which is a condition that allows the process of personal character development. Creating an conducive environment to the development of character Girikusumo Salaf Islamic School students is done by creating a tradition /habituation practical in everyday life in all their daily activities in relation to the quality of their religious or otherwise. Attempt the formation of character through this Salaf Islamic school in addition to the above character education, can also be done simultaneously through the educational value of the following steps. First, apply a “modeling” or “exemplary” or “uswah hasanah”. Second, efforts to explain or clarify to students constantly about the value of good and evil has been done in the Girikusumo Salaf Islamic School. Third, implement the SIS is based on character education.</p><p class="IKa-ABSTRAK">***</p>Secara teoritik, salah satu faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perkembangan karakter individu adalah faktor-faktor lingkungan yang merupakan kondisi yang memungkinkan proses perkembangan karakter pribadi. Menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif bagi perkembangan karakter di kalangan siswa Sekolah Islam Salaf Girikusumo dilakukan dengan cara menciptakan tradisi atau praktek pembiasaan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari yang terkait dengan peningkatan kualitas keagamaan atau kehidupan mereka. Di samping upaya di atas, pembentukan karakter juga dilakukan dengan simultan melalui penanaman nilai dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: <em>pertama</em>, menerapkan pencontohan atau<em> uswah hasanah</em>. <em>Kedua</em> menjelaskan tentang nilai yang baik dan buruk. <em>Ketiga,</em> mengimplementasikan SIS yang didasarkan pada pendidikan karakter.

One of the things implied by the education decentralization policy is to run independent school education management in different perspectives according to the conditions of each region. Decentralization is no longer seen as a concept but should be implemented at all levels of management, not least on the institutional arrangements, systems and educational units, both in the formal and non-formal education channels. New patterns of management education in the form of School Based Management, is actually giving ample space for the community that any decision made by the local government is more "grounded" and provide quality education to the younger generation. In this context, education decentralization implies an effort to bring the community to the decision making on local needs, so that the development of education in accordance with the peculiarities of the region, on the other hand the potential can be utilized. In the end, the real implementation of the School Based Management is on the order of the institution is expected to improve the quality of basic education and excellence in the area of human resources.

Character education has become a plemic in various countrie. Views of the pros and cons coloring the character education discourse. Character education is an essential part  of school work, but so farhas been lacking attention. Character education is defined as the deliberate us of all demision of school life to foster optimal character development. This means that to support the development of student character must involve all components in the school  both from the aspect of curriculum content, the procces of instruction, the quality of relationships, the handling of discipline, implementation of co-curricular activities and ethos throughout the school environment. Islam is the teaching of Allah swt to manind through his messenger, from Adam as to the prophet Muhammad saw. In the generation of prophets Muhammad saw the teaching is in the Al-Qur’an. That is why Allah swt positioned the Al-Qur’an  as a guide for mankid and the prophet Muhammad saw in the position of Allah swt as an ideal model because he is considered by Allah swt as a person who has a perfect character( insan kamil).

A experiência educacional e as discussões sobre Bioética no Brasil têm estado principalmente centradas no âmbito do Ensino Superior, nos níveis de graduação e pós-graduação e, ainda, circunscritas à área da saúde. Nos últimos anos, porém, vem crescendo o reconhecimento da importância de que as discussões e o aprendizado de questões centrais da Bioética sejam desenvolvidos desde a Educação Básica. Entretanto, nesse segmento de ensino a sugestão é que esse aprendizado não se constitua como disciplina formal e sim como uma área a ser trabalhada durante a formação integral do educando. A Bioética acaba sendo vista como um componente da Educação para a cidadania, pautada em valores e construída ao longo da escolarização nas relações mais justas, na dignidade humana. Como os jovens de hoje, apesar de terem acesso a informações sobre os avanços biotecnológicos, científicos e sociais que dizem respeito a vida humana, nem sempre são providos de senso crítico para interpretá-las. Desta forma, é fundamental a abordagem da Bioética desde a Educação Básica. Entretanto, existe uma grande dificuldade em se aplicar práticas de Bioética ainda não regulamentadas nas diretrizes e nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais. Este estudo teve como objetivo identificar e discutir experiências educacionais em Bioética desenvolvidas na Educação Básica, de modo a compreender as aproximações e o tratamento dado ao tema. A pesquisa bibliográfica realizada identificou experiências educacionais que propõem modelos de discussão e reflexão, as quais auxiliaram o aprimoramento moral e ético de todos os envolvidos.Palavras-chave: Bioética. Ensino.AbstractThe educational experience and discussions on Bioethics in Brazil have been mainly focused on Higher Education, undergraduate and graduate levels and still limited to the health area. In recent years, however, there has been a growing recognition concerning  the importance that discussions and learning about core issues of Bioethics be developed from Basic Education, without the connotation of a formal discipline, but as an area to be worked during the student’s  integral formation. Bioethics is seen as an education  component for citizenship, based on values and built throughout schooling in the fairiest  relationships , human dignity, autonomy, justice and quality of life. In addition, today's young people have access to information on biotechnological, scientific, and social developments that belong  to human life, but are not always provided with critical sense to interpret them. Therefore, the bioethics approach since Basic Education is fundamental. However, there is great difficulty  applying Bioethics practices not  regulated in the National Curriculum Guidelines and Parameters yet. This study aimed to identify and discuss educational experiences in Bioethics developed in Basic Education, in order to understand the approaches and the treatment given to the theme. The bibliographical research carried out identified educational experiences that propose discussion and reflection models which help promote the moral and ethical improvement of all those involved.Keywords: Bioethics. This study aims to: 1) developing a learning device integrates character education and mental revolution based of Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) for Vocabulary School in Bandar Lampung; 2) describe the learning device feasibility integrated character education and mental revolution based of Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) for Vocabulary School in Bandar Lampung; and 3) determine the achievement of learning. This research is conducted with the design of Research and Development, ie research which seeks to design and create prototype learning device with certain specifications. Subjects SDN 1 Constable, SDN 1 Kaliawi, and SDN 2 Sumur Batu. The procedures of research data analysis are: 1) tabulate data from questionnaires and interviews; 2) analyze data on the tabulation; 3) interpret results tabulation; 4) concluded; and 5) analyzing the data obtained from the survey results. Research results : 1) Development is done using a seven-step Research and Development has produced a learning device Indonesian sixth grade elementary school-based Subject Specific Pedagogy (SSP) integrates character education; 2) The quality of products developed learning device gain value with excellent category; 3) The achievement of learning outcomes in most aspects of high character is honest, curiosity, discipline, and hard work.

MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango are educational institutions that focus on character development and have programs that can shape the character of their students. The results showed that: First, interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on the quality of character education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Second, Teacher Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Quality of Character Education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Third, interpersonal communication and teacher pedagogic competence together have a positive and significant effect on the quality of character education at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango. Fourth, Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Student Learning Achievement. Fifth, Teacher Pedagogic Competence has a positive and significant effect on Learning Achievement at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone. Sixth, interpersonal communication and teacher pedagogical competence together have a positive and significant effect on learning achievement at MTsN 01 Kota Gorontalo and MTsN 01 Bone Bolango.
