Abstract Arabica coffee is one of the leading export commodities that have high economic value. The study aims to describe the financial behaviour of arabica coffee farmers and to find out what factors influence the financial behaviour of arabica coffee farmers in Aceh Tengah Regency. The sample in this study was 147 samples taken by simple random sampling. This study uses descriptive statistics and ordinal logistic regression. The results of descriptive statistics show that the financial behaviour of arabica coffee farmers in Aceh Tengah Regency is good enough, with a percentage of 57%. This condition is not optimal in managing their finances because of the 9 statements used to measure financial behaviour, only 5 statements have been fulfilled. The results of the ordinal logistic regression have a significant effect at the 5% level (< 0.05), namely the variable financial knowledge in the low category (X1)1 0.0034, financial attitude in the fairly good category (X3)2 0.006, an elementary school education (X4)1, 0.012 junior high schools (X4)3 0.011 and high school (X4)4 0.002 on financial behaviour and income variable (X2) > 0.05, so it does not significantly affect the financial behaviour of arabica coffee farmers in Aceh Tengah Regency.

AbstractCompliance in treatment and taking Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) in pulmonary TB Patients is very necessary for consistency in increasing the success rate of treatment. Pulmonary TB Treatment must be done regularly. Otherwise, resistance to Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) will occur, the duration of taking the drug will be longer, and there will be an increase in the dose consumed. Especially, it is about an adherence to take OAT in patients with Multy-Drug Resistant (MDR) TB and TB with HIV. To find out the description of medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients and and characteristics in pulmonary TB patients. This study used a literature review design. The pill count compliance measurement method was conducted through a keyword search and used 5 articles from Google Scholar, ProQuest, and PubMed published in 2017 – 2021. From the 5 articles reviewed, the results showed that most of the respondents were male (68% or 314 respondents). The education level of most of the respondents was elementary school education (34% or 105 respondents). Most of the respondents were employed (62% or 164 respondents). Compliance with taking medication in pulmonary TB patients was 322 (70%) compliant, given intervention was 159 (92%) compliant, without intervention was 163 (56%) compliant, MDR TB non-adherent was 105 (95%), and TB with HIV 135 was (86%) complied. Compliance with taking Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) in pulmonary TB patients must be continuously improved and maintained to achieve the World Health Organization's target of increasing the success of pulmonary TB treatment consistently at results of 90%.Keywords: Compliance, Taking Medicines, TB Drugs, Pill Count, and Pulmonary TB AbstrakKepatuhan dalam pengobatan dan minum Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) pada pasien TB Paru sangat diperlukan konsistensinya dalam meningkatkan angka keberhasilan pengobatan. This study aims to analyze and predict the number of Elementary School Students using Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method using data from the last 17 years, case studies in three provinces namely Bali, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). This type of research is quantitative by comparing the final value on the first graph to the fourth graph to analyze on the graph what the predictive value is most accurate. Based on the results of the simulation of the number of elementary school students in Bali, NTB, and NTT provinces using the G-MFS application program and mathematical model calculations that the predicted results in 2021 on the data of the number of elementary school students in Bali province amounted to 417,805.40 with a percentage decrease of 0.1%, then the predicted result in the data of the number of elementary school students in NTB province of 512,381.76 with a percentage increase of 1.0%. The predicted result on the data of the number of elementary school students in NTT province amounted to 705,335.11 with an increase of 1.0%. The results of the forecasting of the number of elementary school students are expected to provide important information for the government to improve development in the education sector, especially at the elementary school education level in one way that is to improve the quality of educational infrastructure and many more developments that need to be done by the number of students in the future.

Early childhood education is actually a shared responsibility between families, communities and governments. School as a continuation of education in the family, because the first and foremost education children get is in the family. The family as the smallest social unit is the most important and first educational environment, in the sense that the family is the environment most responsible for educating their children. The education provided by parents should provide the basis for education, the socialization process and life in society. According to Ki Hadjar Dewantara, the Among system is a method of learning and education based on care and dedication based on love. The among system is explained in three sentences as follows: Ing ngarso sing tulodo, Ing madya mangun karso, Tut wuri handayani, The among system is very suitable to be applied to children who have entered elementary school education between grades 1 to grade 3. because at this stage the child must be motivated and aroused the will so that the child is encouraged to be independent. This concept can also be used in building self-confidence and character building for children.

Glucometer is helpful to find out the glucose in blood. The purpose of the study was to assess the frequency of self-monitoring of glucose and the prevalence of different brands of glucometer used by the diabetic patients. The prospective observational study was conducted among 150 patients above 18 years of age. 45.33% of participants were males and 54.67% of patients were females. The big percentage of age group belongs to 51-70 years (76.6%) followed by 71-90 years (16%) and age of 31-50 years (7.3%). Of the total, 24% has elementary school education, were 33.3% high school pass outs, and 42.6% were college/university graduates. Out of 150 patients, 54.67% used glucometer and 45.33% were not using glucometer. Among these, 30.49% used Accu-chek, 21.95% One-touch, 14.63% Gluco-one and 32.93% used other brands. Out of 54.67%, 5.33% of people were using daily, 21.33% weekly once, 28.00% were using monthly and 45.33% were not using glucometer. The present study concluded that SMBG is to help people with diabetes to improve their glycemic control. The relationship between blood glucose and SMBG frequency supported the view that SMBG is an essential element in diabetes management. The patient compliance regarding SMBG is finite. Thus, almost 60% of patients did not perform daily SMBG and above 45% did not perform routine test. Accu-chek glucometer to have an acceptable accuracy with the sensitivity of 81%, specificity 65%, PPV (positive predictive value) 74% and NPV (negative predictive value) 74%. Accu-chek was found to be the most accurate and widely used glucometer. Key words: Frequency, Glucometer brand, SMBG (Self monitoring of blood glucose).
