The purpose of this study is to see the level of achievement of student development tasks to be used as a basic reference in providing guidance, assistance and designing activity programs to develop student potential. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to obtain information on the level of achievement of student development tasks at the Tarbiyah Faculty of IAIN Curup. This study involved 30 PAI study program students, 30 PGMI students, 25 BKPI students, 25 English students and 16 PBA students. Data on the level of achievement of student development was collected using the Student Development Task Inventory (ITP-PT) and then analyzed by statistical analysis of percentages. As a result, the average level of achievement of student development tasks is at the individuality level. There are four aspects of development that have reached the stage of autonomy, namely awareness of responsibility achieved by students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program and students of the Guidance and Counseling (BK) study program. The basic aspects of life achieved by students of the English Language Education (PBI) study program and aspects of self-acceptance and development have also reached the level of autonomy. Many scholars have agreed that early childhood is a crucial stage in terms of a child’s physical, intellectual, emotional and social development. Therefore, it is imperative for all stakeholders to ensure good quality early childhood education for our future generations by promoting essential skills and content, especially in preparing children to cope and live with the new norms after COVID-19 struck worldwide. In this design-based study, we report on the development of a COVID-19 STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) module specifically targeted for early childhood education based on the first three phases of the ADDIE (Branch, 2009) instructional model: Analyze, Design and Development. In the Analyze phase, we conducted a needs analysis by involving parents, teachers and children, and document analyses of teaching documents and standards. In the Design phase, we performed task inventory and composed performance objectives by incorporating multiple themes of the inquiry approach, COVID-19, STEM and moral reasoning. In the Develop phase, we generated content, developed supporting strategies, and conducted formative revisions. 10 lesson units were produced by focusing on COVID-19 essentials such as self-hygiene and preventative measures. STEM themes are mainly highlighted by the scientific experiments that the children carry out during lessons. All activities planned are inquiry-based to ensure better understanding of the topic. Moral reasoning is also embedded into all units by highlighting the moral values. It is hoped that the COVID-19 STEM module will better prepare our future generations through the combination of all four main themes. Keywords: COVID-19, early childhood education, STEM, ADDIE instructional design, inquiry-based

<em>The development of time because of the existence of globalization led to moral degradation in children. To overcome the moral degradation of the child, it is necessary to have learning innovations in improving the quality of basic education which requires an analysis of character education using methods of observation and questionnaire by entering the results of analysis into ITP software (Development Task Inventory) and  ATP (Analysis of Development Task). The existence of ITP and ATP can identify the level of development of aspects related to character education in primary school. Based on preliminary observations, it was found that many teachers did not know the level of children's character development. The present selection system of the officer cadre of the Armed Forces has stood the test of time. However, owing to the transformations and developments in the society, a need was felt to upgrade this system. After a number of interactions and deliberations, a new programme called ‘De Novo system for the Selection of Personnel in the Armed forces’ was initiated. To identify the domains that need to be assessed through this system, job analysis was carried out. Data were collected from the presently employed officers of the Armed Forces, and the officers were asked to fill out survey performa, critical incidents record, task inventory and attribute questionnaire. Job analysis identified 5 domains of assessment, namely, cognition, affect, behaviour, psychomotor, and values. 16 Attributes of military leaders under these 5 domains were also identified. Tests were developed under the three techniques (psychological, group testing, and interview) to assess these 16 attributes and the 5 domains. The prototype of the tests was developed following an assessment centre approach and the trials for the same are due in the coming months.

ABSTRACT This research aims to grasp which factors influence the generation Y to choose accounting as its career. A significant decline in the number of candidates willing to pursue a career as accountant has been observed abroad - USA, Australia, and Japan. However, in other countries - Brazil, Singapore, and Hong Kong - the opposite has been observed. Another issue is the decline in educational qualification of those pursuing an accounting career, contributing in a way that many talented students change their career choice. This may be explained by the fact that people tend to believe accounting is an exact science, full of calculations, boring, and not very creative, bringing an unbalance between the traits an individual should have according to the job market and those perceived by society. In order to give a contribution to literature concerning the factors that influence the generation Y in its career choice, a goal of this research was conducting an exploratory study where some hypotheses were formulated to support the discussion. We used Mannheim's Generational Theory and the literature on career choice. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, based on Schwartz's Portrait Value Questionnaire and Germeijs and Verschueren's Student Choice Task Inventory, adapted through focus group interview. Data were fully collected online and the sample consisted of 665 subjects. The results showed that people who chose accounting as their career were influenced by factors such as creativity, independence, challenging and dynamic environment, job security, money-making, job availability, and other significant people - friends and teachers. The subjects were not influenced by social factors, such as working with people and making contributions to society and family. They wish for more autonomy, creativity, and flexibility at work, and people still care about job security and money-making.
