Implementation of the construction project is very necessary for the existence of risk management. It is necessary to anticipate and handle risks in construction projects because of the project's construction one such risk of occupational health and safety (OHS). So the need for the identification, assessment, analysis to anticipate the risks involved. According to OHSAS (18001:2007), OHS is all the conditions and factors that affect, or may affect, on the health and safety of employees or other workers (including contract workers and personnel contractors, or others in the workplace). The purpose of this research is to know the risk factors and the risk of dominant and controlling risks in the project. The methods used in this research is a method of HAZID, HAZOP, and HIRA. The results obtained, there are 48 types of risk factors, 47 with the medium category, and 1 with a low category. There are five dominant risks and 12 risk controls. The work of occupational health and safety about construction industry has increasingly aroused peoples' attention ,so this article puts forward the problems existing in the occupational health and safety management of construction industry as well as the countermeasures and suggestions through the analysis of the construction labours' common occupational injury accident of the present stage in our country and the status quo in the aspects of professional physical,mental health and safety ,which is to develop the workers' way of life on safety,civilization and health.

Introduction: In 2009, UNESCO declared Batik Indonesia as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This study examines the occupational health and safety hazards and risks that arise in a Batik company based on a case example of a Batik company in Surakarta, Indonesia. In Indonesia, Batik is categorized as traditional attire. Two kinds of Batik are produced - Batik tulis (traditionally handcrafted) and Batik printing, which uses specific printing tools. The UK Health Safety Executive (HSE) risk assessment framework is referred to in this study, which consists of: hazard identification, population exposure, risk evaluation, precaution development, recording findings, and regular appraisal of systems. Methods: Both observation and interviews (of workers) at the Batik company were utilized for this study as well as an independent risk assessment. Results: The findings highlighted physical, ergonomic, chemical, mechanical, and biological hazards, originating from the materials, tools, and working methods utilized in the batik production. Conclusion: Many of the issues highlighted by this study can be addressed via in-depth risk assessment, using the POPMAR model to frame the activities. This approach can create a positive pathway, leading to a continuous cycle of improvement which puts the workers’ health at the forefront of the business activities.Keywords: Batik, workers, hazard identification, HSE Model, risk management

In a construction project there are various problems that occur, one of which is the problem regarding the occupational Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) which must always be considered. The research location is located in the city of Ternate, North Maluku province. This study aims to determine which constraint variable has the most influence based on the perception of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) experts. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews with several construction companies. Based on the results of the AHP analysis, the rankings of the constraint variables are as follows: no evaluation related to OHS for workers in the field (0.2312), low culture (0.2277), no punishment for workers who do not carry out OHS in the field (0.1486).

The ongoing industrial revolution also includes the health and safety domain, which assists this development process. The participants and beneficiaries of this revolution don’t have to endure a lowering of the protection levels from the beginning of it. Consequently, the health and safety domain needs to play its role in this historical stage. The risks of injury and illness are managed from the beginning, when the technological processes are being developed, on each production stage, until the end of every technological process. In order to achieve this, the professional risks must be identified, quantified, ranked and evaluated such that, the elaborated measures will eliminate or decrease the risks from the source. This control process of occupational health and safety risks of injury or illness uses documents which are applicable to any organization. These documents are legally required in each state, being instruments of the organization management, working like a system along with all other documents.
