Pseudomonas sp. strain phDV1 is a Gram-negative bacterium capable of degrading aromatic hydrocarbons. Here, we present the complete genome sequence of this strain, which consists of 4,727,682 bp, with a 62.3% G+C content and 4,574 genes.

ABSTRACT We report here the complete genome sequence of Janthinobacterium svalbardensis PAMC 27463 isolated from a freshwater lake on Barton Peninsula on King George Island, Antarctica. The genome consists of a chromosome with 6,274,078 bp which contains 5,585 genes, including 121 RNA genes.

Here, we report the complete genome sequence of Pseudomonas sp. strain MM213 of the Pseudomonas mandelii group, which was isolated from a brookside in Bielefeld, Germany. The genome size is 6,746,355 bp, with a GC content of 59.4% and 6,145 predicted protein-coding sequences.

ABSTRACT Here, we report the annotated whole-genome sequence of Pseudomonas sp. strain SK, isolated in India from organic wheat rhizosphere. This strain has proved to be a species with potential biocontrol activity against soilborne plant pathogens based on antiSMASH analysis.
