Regarding the system vibration as the research object, we study vibration characteristics of the system vibration under the damping action. The primary coverage is as follows: under the external condition of undamped condition, damping condition, free vibration, and harmonic excitation, etc., the fundamental vibration form possesses vibration characteristics. In the project practice, the damping factor’s role to the vibrating system, as well as parameter determination is the damping factor. Low frequency effects on the structure system along with the effective of controlling resonance. In the damping treatment, we have characteristics demand for the damping. Through thorough analysis to damping action, we will obtain the best project fitting.

Vibration and temperature data of a servo motor are analyzed with PLC which is widely used in the industry. With this system, power supply can be detected on the servo motors. In this way, undesirable situations such as disruptions in production and productivity loss can be prevented from occurring. It is an important problem for businesses to detect malfunctions that may occur in servo motor dysfunction. Previously, methods such as ultrasonic sound measurements, thermal cameras, endoscopy equipment, and energy analysis have been used and discussed in the literature. Our study offers a PLC-based vibration and temperature measurement system designed as a solution of this problem. In this system, vibration and temperature measurements were made while the servo motor was kept running. These measurements were measured with or without load, considering the operating ranges of the servo motor, and the compatibility of the data was evaluated.

The design of mechanical system for harbor basin wave maker is introduced in this article. The installation form of wave maker is ground to pin type. The push-wave plate is driven by the AC servo motor and ball screw. The parameters of ball screw and the selection of servo motor are determined by calculating, and then check the bearing capacity of servo motor. The performance test has verified that the design of wave-maker system can meet the requirements.

Because of such merits of servo turret like fast speed of tool changing, high accuracy of first location, simple mechanical structure, high reliability and so on, servo turrets are widely used in turning processing and turning and milling complex processing center.Control mode of servo motor speed is one of the critical problems in the designing of servo turret.S curve acceleration and deceleration control is to make the derivative of acceleration as constant in this procession, and maximize to reduce the impact of mechanical system by controlling acceleration derivative. Otherwise, by setting parameter or programming acceleration and its derivative, flexible acceleration and deceleration will be controlled to fit for different kinds of situation of machines.
