The implementation of a dual electric system that is capable of operating with either constant current and variable voltage, or constant voltage and variable current appliances, is one of the possible options to solve low-intensity stochastic energy utilization problems from renewable energy sources. This research paper analyzes the potential benefit of a novel three-phase dual system power inverter over the conventional inverter used in a solar power plant. The concept of such a power inverter is explained, and the digital twin model is created in a MATLAB Simulink environment. The efficiency characteristic of the simulated inverter is compared to the efficiency characteristic of a real conventional inverter. A standalone data logging system and an additional data acquisition system were used to collect and process data from the real inverter. Comparison of the digital twin inverter and the real conventional inverter shows the potential benefit of this novel inverter technology. It is shown that the novel inverter can operate in a wider range of DC input power. The potential economic benefit is also presented and discussed in the paper.

This article is devoted to the problem of cognition and understanding of the essence of state power. Actualization is carried out by searching for a new paradigm approach in order to determine the fundamental principles that are correlated with the idea to optimize and increase the efficiency of the corresponding sphere of public relations. Acting as an alternative to the substantial and relativistic approach to the study of state power, the system-synergetic approach analyzes the phenomenon of power based on the definition of system, within which the functions of communication and regulation of public relations are assigned to power. As a result, power is seen as a property or function of a social, in particular, political system, the need for which is determined by the presence of society itself and the task of maintaining its integrity. The analysis allows stating that in most modern concepts there is a consistent rejection of the traditional interpretation of power as the result of subject-object relations, where the subject of power is an active, energetic principle, and the object undergoes impact. In contrast to the position of traditionalism, there is a tendency to interpret power as a complex polysystem permeating the entire social structure of society. As a structural and synergistic effect of the system, power is not a property of its individual element, since each element must certainly be correlated with other units of the given system. Power is an intrasystem relatedness of all elements. As a structural principle, power is realized on the basis of equivalent exchange, which means not the equivalence of the exchanged elements, but a situation in which one element is unconceivable without the other, i.e. one element exists in relation to the other, and co-develops with it. Thus, power really fulfills the function of streamlining socio-political ties, making their separation and differentiation expedient. Power, therefore, is the beginning, creating structures, increasing heterogeneities in a continuous social environment and connecting them together. Such a view allows interpreting power as a principle of functioning of the state system: if the state system, with the help of some value proposition, manages to reproduce the corresponding content of consciousness, then it functions quite stably.

Abstract The trend is to reduce the energy intensity of buildings. Thermal energy storage (TES) is the biggest challenge for buildings. It is a technology that supplies thermal energy by heating or cooling a tank, which then serves for the system in the building. Comparison of hitherto known systems ATES, BTES, PTES and research TTES. The most important factors for the accumulation of thermal energy are capacity (the energy stored in the system - depends on the storage process, the medium, and the size of the system), power (how fast the energy stored in the system can be discharged and charged), efficiency (the ratio of the energy provided to the user to the energy needed to charge the storage system. It accounts for the energy loss during the storage period and the charging/discharging cycle), storage (how long the energy is stored and lasts hours to months), charging and discharging (how much time is needed to charge or discharge the system), and cost (refers to capacity (€/kWh) or power (€/kW) of the TES system and depends on the capital and operation costs of the storage equipment and its lifetime).

Attendance is a form of attachment or obligation between employees and companies, especially at PT. IDX with work locations for project employees who are spread across many companies and different office locations, namely in Jakarta and Bandung. Based on this study, an online-based employee attendance system using the barcode scanner method is applied, because previously employees were still using manual signatures with insufficient security systems and concerns about data leakage, with this attendance system employees do not need to sign manually, resulting in fraud. attendance can be avoided. The application of QR code technology to the employee attendance system can speed up the employee attendance process. Besides that, it can also help make it easier for the HRD Team in managing employee attendance reports to make it more effective and efficient. Keywords:Attendance Application, Attendance System, Power Apps, One Drive Application.

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities is a systematic project promoted as a whole, which pays attention to the cooperation between different participants and the coupling between top-level design and landing implementation, showing a horizontal and vertical intertwined ecological relationship. Constructing the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an important topic to promote the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, a key way to stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of the whole society, and the only way to implement the strategy of "strengthening the country through innovation". The research shows that the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has the characteristics of the openness of the system boundary, the non-equilibrium of the system state, the nonlinearity of the system dynamics and the fluctuation of the system movement, and includes subject collaboration level, system collaboration level and environmental collaboration level. In terms of the construction path, the research further believes that the construction path of the collaborative ecosystem of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities includes three aspects: establishing the system structure, releasing the system power and ensuring the development of the system. Among them, the establishment of the system structure is the premise and the release of the system power is fundamental.

Abstract Short charging times are desirable from a battery powered system. However, the short charging time must also be considered the reliability of the system. Where the short charging time does not cause damage to the control system and battery. The battery has an important role as a source of power supply when the sun is not bright. By minimizing battery charging time, the battery can be maximally utilized as a power store. So the minimum charging time is obtained, but with maximum storage power. We present battery charging control method and auto switch off on this system. The controller is based on a constant voltage (CV) charge control scheme. In order to keep the parameters constant, this research prototype uses a DC-DC controller. The experimental results show that, the new controller charging period is significantly reduced. Moreover, the proposed controller has high accuracy and minimized battery overcharging.

Abstract An application scheme of Poe based Ethernet technology in meteorological intelligent sensor system is designed. The working principle and implementation method of Ethernet power supply system (POE) based on IEEE802.3af Ethernet power supply industry standard are experimentally analyzed. The power supply part of the meteorological intelligent sensor makes full use of Poe technology to provide current on the network cable transmitting data, which greatly reduces the complexity of the power supply system and improves the reliability of the system power supply design. Through the test of the actual system, the function and performance of the meteorological intelligent transmission system have achieved the expected results.
