Based on the reflection on the working environment of kitchen and the current situation of kitchenware design, the paper cares for special groups and summarizes the relationships and laws between human-kitchenware-kitchen from the perspective of various users. It introduces the general design concept into the field of kitchenware design, and put forward the design principles of modern kitchenware. Finally, the paper explains the specific application of design principles by analyzing the general combined kitchenware designed by ourselves. It reflects the importance of applying ergonomics and general design principles.

We compared two groups of twenty computer-naive college students as they received instruction and practice in writing Logo programs. The design group received pretraining in general design principles such as modularity (breaking a procedure into parts) and reusability (using the same subprocedure more than once) presented in English whereas the no-design group did not. On programming assignments during Logo learning, the design group generated more revision cycles, more test runs, more syntax errors, and more input lines than the no-design group; and the design group wrote final programs that were shorter, more modular, more efficient, and more flexible than the no-design group. However, the groups generally did not differ on cognitive tests such spatial cognition, instruction comprehension, and planning. These results are consistent with Dyck and Mayer's syntax-independent access theory—planning skills for programming can be learned independently of the syntax of the programming language [1].

Great advances have been made over the last decade with respect to medical manipulators for surgical robots. Although they cannot replace surgeons, they can increase surgeons’ abilities to perform surgeries with greater therapeutic effectiveness. These advanced surgical tools have been implemented in complex, precise, repetitive, and difficult surgeries. This chapter reviews medical manipulators used in surgical applications. At present, several kinds of medical manipulators have been developed to perform a variety of surgical procedures and can be classified into different categories. Here, the authors discuss general design principles and summarize and classify medical manipulators based on joint category and level of autonomy, with illustrations of applications. Finally, a brief synopsis is provided.

This article analyzes several User Interface (UI) designs and puts forward some more general design principles for interfaces designed for low-literate users. The results of this study highlight the importance of text-free interfaces compared to text-based interfaces for the illiterate and low-literate population. The study developed a Short Message Service (SMS) interface consisting of many design elements, including graphical icons, voice, and text reduction. The participants were more satisfied with the designed SMS interface as compared to the traditional text-based interface of SMS. We believe that if the user interface is appropriately designed, users will not need formal literacy, computer skills, or any external help to operate the application. It has been shown that an interface with minimal or no text but one or more graphics, audio, and digital components is helpful for users with low literacy rates.

Caterpillar walk agency is the supporting a large walk machinery, used to support the weight of the whole machine, inherit institution in engineering work force produces in the process, and complete the machine in March, backward, also, the mobile. Homework Therefore, to average large engineering machinery chassis general design into tracked drive structure, and tracked down the vertical center symmetrical layout. This paper mainly studied and discussed crawler walks the organization design principles and exercise stress analysis, summarized the influence factors of walking organization for the future, the design of the machine can achieve reasonable structure, safe and reliable, action flexible have laid a good foundation.
