We construct solvable models with nontrivial boundary from the well known Belavin R-matrix. The reflection equation for the boundary reflection matrix is studied and the complete solution for the one associated with the eight-vertex model is found.
By using the intertwiners of Zn symmetric vertex model and [Formula: see text] IRF model, we find explicitly the dual reflection equation for [Formula: see text] IRF model. The integrability of the [Formula: see text] IRF model with reflecting boundary conditions is proved.
